Homego, hiding under an LLC, have send me numerous solicitations to buy my home. My home was not and it is not for sale to begin with. I presume they want to buy it from me so they can rent it back to me later at a higher price. Once and for all my house is not for sale. My house is sovereign and I have the right to enjoy it without you pestering me about buying my house. Very aggressive to buy you out of your home!!!Let us all know which predatory private equity firm is behind you.Review from America J

Predatory business model sends unsolicited letters to homeowners. The burden is put on the homeowner to then request removal from their mailing list - that was never even signed up for.Review from Jeremy A

They will not stop sending me letters in the mail trying to buy my house that I am not, nor will I ever sell my home, even though I have already opted out through Stopletters.com.I would never sell to a company trying to scoop up homes in ****** to exacerbate the housing crisis in this city. They need to stop harassing individuals with their unwanted mail.Review from Larry S

Home to go allows huge corporations to list homes on their site. Those businesses have requirements, over and above home to go. As a result, when I booked a home with home to go, somebody from a business called ******* emailed me and demanded photos of my ID and credit card. When I asked why they needed.a.picture of my credit card, they threatened to cancel my trip. I reached 9ut to home to go, and they supported the business over me, telling me that I needed to provide that information, even if it was not part of the contract I had entered into, and even though the reservationwas paid in full.. When that company canceled my reservation, arbitrarily and without notice, I booked another home and paid in full. Little did I know that the 2nd property was also owned by a huge corporation, and they also demanded pictures of my ID and credit card, and they wanted me to send it through unsecured email. Again, home to go sided with the corporation. It seems that a contract means nothing to home to go, and they are very comfortable with changing the terms of a.contract after it has been signed and money has changed hands. The girl I just spoke.with actually told me that she didn't understand what the big deal is. SighReview from john w

I feel they are a bunch of vultures trying to scam people out of their property. I keep receiving letters after numerous requests to be removed.. I am on some sort of list being an out of state owner and keep getting requests to purchase. If they really want to buy property why not go to a real estate agent and seen what is available, NO because they want to buy for pennies on the dollar.HomeGo LLC Response

This company HomeGO sends letters to homes without checking the status of the house or church or temple and sends negative energy to the people living or worshipping there. The letters say we will buy your home in cash, as if people are in stress and bankrupt or downtrodden and they are going to do favor to the them. This is highly objectionable and disturbing, it shall be stopped immediately else action against them be taken.- ThanksHomeGo LLC Response

***************************, of HomeGo was a dream to work with. He was punctual and efficient. He made the process smooth and painless. I sold the house in 1 week from the time I met him at the property to signing all the closing papers! His offer was $50,000 more than another quick sale company offered. If you are looking to sell a property quickly with no hassles especially one that needs a lot of work he is a great person to work with.HomeGo LLC Response

No Stars!!! I only left one star because you can not submit the review without choosing stars. This is ridiculous. I am not sure why I am receiving mail from this place. It seems to me they target people of color and poor to middle class families. I am asking that the mail stops. I am not looking to sell my home and if I was it would not be to this business.HomeGo LLC Response

I can not say enough good things about ***** L******, the gentleman from Homego who expedited the sale of my home in *****, *****. Everything he told me was true. He visited my house, looked around, and gave me a fair price for my house. He said there would be no expenses to me, no repairs needed, no sales commission and no closing costs. I was ecstatic to hear this, and it was hard to believe this was true. Not only was this true, but the sale of my home went quickly without any of the aggravation that sometimes happens when one sells a home. I knew my house needed many repairs, so I was delighted to sell my home as is. I was better off than a resident at my retirement home, who sold her home as is through a realtor to an investor. I, too, sold to an investor, but because I had no realtor, I didnt have to pay the 6% sales commission. Everything went smoothly; the closing was very easy and quick. I even closed before the closing date. If you want the sale of your home to go smoothly with no glitches, and no expenses call Kegan L******.
