We met with the sales person on February 11, 2021. During this time they had guaranteed that they would take our old timeshare, and transfer everything into a new RCI Timeshare that uses points with a minimum yearly fee. To this date, we still own and responsible For the original timeshare. And now responsible for this new RCI timeshare. When I try and contact the company, they refused to answer the telephone. I have left countless messages. With no response. We are hoping to cancel and refund the new RCI program. And get our approximate $12,000 back
