Awful company. I hired them to restore my office furniture that was ruined in the winter storm in February 2021. He valued the furniture at $14.700. They took forever to finish half of the furniture and had endless excuses of why the restoration was taking so long. They delivered half of my furniture with several pieces having to be reupholstered due to poor workmanship. David R****** demanded to be paid in full but I would only pay him half since he only delivered half of my furniture and some of the delivered pieces had to be fixed. He said he would deliver the other half but kept canceling the delivery dates for one excuse after another. When I finally got mad about his lack of professional and because I needed my office furniture, he became furious and demanded full payment before he would return my furniture. I was unwilling to send him any more money because he was so unprofessional and so unreliable. Needless to say, I never got back the rest of my furniture, which was high-end and given to me by my parents, who are now both deceased. Mr. R****** was informed that he would be paid at the time of delivery of the furniture but he refused to deliver the furniture. We even hired a company to pick-up our furniture and pay Mr. R****** at the time of pick up but he failed to return phone calls or cooperate. What an awful experience. Do NOT hire this company. Now, I will need to take him to small claims court since the value of the unreturned furniture is about $10,000.
