Love this company. They worked with me on getting set up for a steel building erected on my property. They showed up when they said they would, and the crew they sent to erect it were the best. The price was outstanding as well. I plan on putting up another building in the future and this is the company I will buy that one from. American Steel Car Ports. Is the best.

I went into an Authorized Dealer of American Steel Carports and said 'I have a new SUV that I need under cover'. I'm not good with big measurements, so asked the Representative, "Whatever I need to cover the car", and " As long as my car is covered". I didn't know exactly what I needed, I just knew I wanted my new car under cover. I trusted him. He came up with 12' wide, 18' Long, 10' Tall. My Mistake, I trusted his judgement based on my need, while my car is sitting outside his window. I paid $3,000.00 in Excavation preparation for my new Carport. The Day of installation of the carport, I went to work after confirming the measurements with the crew that the Representative said I needed. When I got home, I was completely dumbstruck at the height of the building!! It's approx. 13'-14' tall!!! It's taller that my rented house! I thought the height would be from the very top of the Carport to the ground NO, It's the side poles that are 10', then, the whole roof structure goes on top of that. It's Hideous! You can park another SUV on top of mine and still have room up there for a canoe. It is NOT going to protect my Car from Snow, etc. I immediately contacted the company directly and they said, 'That's what you ordered'. And, If I want them to come out and cut it down, it'll be $1,000.00. I think the main problem here is with the Authorized Dealer, 'The Representative'. This Authorized Dealer is .30 miles from my home, My new Car was right out front of his window, I asked for guidance, I said, I don't know what I need, other than I need my new car under cover. I was misguided after I asked a Professional to help sell me what I needed. I feel foolish every single day I pull my new car into this ridiculous Carport. It's truly upsetting to go home to everyday.

Absolutely love my building from American Steel Carports. I shopped around A LOT, and decided on them after seeing the reviews. The salesman was great, the install crew was prompt, professional, and seemed like they actually cared about the quality of their work! Everything is square, straight, and sealed.

This company was on time and did excellent work. They did manage to scratch and dent a few places on my garage door, but I put in a claim and within a couple of weeks they brought out a brand new garage door and installed it. I would recommend this company.

They were on time, and got it done expeditiously and were conscientious.

I am very pleased with the ordering process and the ** carport that was delivered. Placing the order was a breeze with *** and our install crew lead by **** did a fast and accurate assembly. I would order from them again.

My salesperson was exemplary. He went above and beyond to help me. I would not recommend this company. The crew that came out was very amateurish at best. The walls were not square, they did not,initially, put an overhang on the building. I paid for two 3ftx10ft skylights and two 3x3 were installed. The crew said to call the company. Later on the same day (7PM) the crew came back, ripped off the front of the building and pushed it back six feet using now damaged sheet metal and leaving a 2gap between the roof and wall. I called the company for 12 weeks without any satisfaction. Finally when I informed them that I was seeking legal aid the original crew was sent back to once again remove the front. I refused because we had already finished the inside and my horses were now occupying the space. I will never recommend this company. I had to spend additional money to fill in the gaps around the bottom of the building. One corner was flush to the ground while the diagonal corner was 10 off the ground. The crew took my material to place under the walls to hold them up. This companys idea of compensation was to pay for the fill material. Not near enough for the shoddy work!

We ordered 2 buildings and everything turned out great. The crew that put the buildings up were fast. Very happy with the whole process.
