      I took my semi truck for this shop and theyre informed me that you need to rebuild the ecm it gonna cost you $1400 with one year warranty theyve done that after using the truck whithin 2 months it stopped working again i took the truck with tow truck i paid 500 theyre find water inside the ecm thats mean they didnt seal it right because its outside part so theyve changed the ecm with used one after take the truck I found the cruise control not working and **** brakes as well i get back to them theyre fixed the cruise control but **** brakes not last time i went to I-77 my brakes about catch a fire but I stopped in the right time with heavy smoke that effect my panic attack and anxiety but this is very dangerous.today when I take my truck to them theyre just looked at it and nothing to do they said everything is working fine but is not , so need help this business is not do their word when they start working with you they said the warranty is a year and now not taking care of *********** warranty is few days will expire so please quick action.

      I appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns regarding the recent *** replacement and associated issues with your semi-truck. I understand your frustrations, and I'd like to provide some clarity on the matter.


      Firstly, I want to acknowledge your warranty visit on March 21, 2023. Although in your statement you claimed, within 2 months it stopped working again, Our logs show your date of purchase was September 2, 2022. Your first warranty visit was actually 7 months after your date of purchase, not 2 months as you originally stated that you came back in with the water damage on the **** stating on your complaint  ecmdidnt seal it right.  Our warranty did not cover your water damage issue, as our warranty explicitly excludes coverage for water damage, *****, or physical damage to the **** as those issues are out of our control. However, we did replace the *** as a gesture of goodwill, even though water damage was detected. 


      Regarding the **** brake and cruise control issues, please allow me to provide some context. When you initially brought your truck to us for the second warranty claim on August 24, 2023, 11 months after your date of purchase, our electrical mechanic and computer technicians conducted a thorough inspection of the wire harness and the *** module. Both specialists confirmed that there were no issues with the *** module itself. We also ensured that the programming on the module matched your truck's specifications.


      While we successfully resolved the cruise control issue, the **** brake problem was deemed to be mechanical in nature and not related to the *** or its programming. We recommended that you seek the expertise of a mechanical technician to address the **** brake issue.
      In our commitment to customer satisfaction, we went a step further and offered to plug in another *** to demonstrate that the issue was not related to our *** module. Unfortunately, this solution was declined.


      As per our warranty policy, we provide coverage for our work for up to one year from the date of purchase. I want to assure you that we stand by our warranty, and we are committed to addressing any issues within the scope of our work during this period.

      When you gave me the ecm you should make sure you put the seal in the proper position because this is external part so your technician didnt put right thats why didnt work the other thing if you check when I complained about the **** brakes it was since you rebuilt the ecm and since that day i keep looking whats the problem and loosing money to found the problem bit all technician told me this is the ecm that why i cane to you on august before the warranty is done and you refuse to fix.

       

      The last thing you didnt offer me to change it I suggest this to **** and he said who will pay the labour so why i pay for something i have warranty on it? You mentioned i were refusing why I refused in the same time I requested to change so please i just need my **** brakes working thats it
