AmVet Roofing of ***** replaced my roof at the end of 2021. About 2 months after new roof was installed a leak developed. I called AmVet to see if there was anyone that could come and fix it. I would have had a better chance of getting a ghost to visit. No return phone calls after leaving many detailed messages. After months of calling and leaving voice mails (with NO return call) I mailed letters In October, 2022 and again in November 2022. Today I visited the ************ @ ************ in **********, ** and that company is not there. Office staff in an adjacent office told me that AmVet was not there and had not been in many months. She showed me a small table near the front door where she requested **** leave AmVets mail. Guess what was there? My letters were siting on this table along with numerous other pieces of mail addressed to AmVet. I took pictures of all of this and will be happy to provide this to whomever helps me resolve this. I do not know if the AmVest listed here is the same as the office in Whitehouse. Upon checking ******* I noticed the BBB logo and chose to send this in. It is very unfortunate that you have had a bad experience with AmVet Roofing. I would like to start by saying that I will be reaching out to you soon to take care of this inconvenience. This company had a change of ownership and information was obviously not passed along. While in the Whitehouse location, the office phone line was down for about two months, and as we were unaware you were having problems with your roof, we did not reach out to you via another phone line. Also, our office address has changed, for a few months now, therefore; I never received your mail. In this company we take pride in what we do and we like to end our projects with our customers 100% satisfied.
