Pro Choice Roofing has been paid for a roofing job that has been completed for 4 months, but they have not offered any receipts nor warranty documents for the roofing jobs. I have attempted to contact them on multiple occasions, but my phone messages and texts are not returned. The owner hung up on me when I contact the office this morning. They also offered me a rebate for referral to others, and have not honored that offer. My complaint is not on the quality of the work done, but on the business side of this company .Business response

Mrs. ****** was given a receipt for both roofs at the time of her final payment. She requested the invoices and paid us directly off the invoices given to her.
I do not pay referrals do to the fact they violate ***** law in regards to customers being responsible for paying their insurance deductible. I know nothing about her being given a promise regarding this.
I will get her warranty paperwork to her as soon as possible.

I am rejecting this response because: Mr. ***** is mistaken about the receipts. the Project Manager, ***********************, assured me multiple times that I would be getting a detailed receipt that would show the iitemized components for my roof jobs (there were 2 separate jobs) and what was charged for each item. I have copies of the invoice and contracts; I never receipted any document showing my payments nor the itemized list of components and services that were included in the roof job. ***************** also told me the company was working on a specific statement that confirms the warranty covers the flashing on the pipe jacks, because of my concern the materials used would not be rodent-proof. ***************** told me several times the statement was forthcoming. I never received this statement. In fact I never received any warranty information and the jobs were completed in October, 2021. When ***************** failed to return my phone calls, I called the office phone number and spoke with Mr ***** for the first time on February 28, 2022. He said he would get back with me shortly, but never did. I called Mr ***** a 2nd time later that week and Mr. ***** hung up on me.I was reluctant to make final payments without the accompanying paperwork, but ****************** said there would be no problem, I would get the itemized receipts and warranty documents soon. I was pressed to make payments despite my objections.
I am satisfied with the roof job, that is not my complaint. My complaint is I have nothing to show my roofing jobs are paid in full and that the warranties are honored. I don't think this is asking too much.
I think the business practices of this company are questionable. I do not think they operated in good faith
