I had cold factor out to my house and they did a great job not only fixing my system, but also redid my air flow to get more air to rooms that werent quite getting as much. So much easier to sleep in a cold bedroom!! I refer them to everyone I know.Review from Tommy M

We moved to ****** 3 years ago and since then Cold Factor has helped us with bi-annual maintenance to keep things running smoothly. Early on they also helped us replace two of our AC units. They did a great job!

DO NOT USE!!! This company installed my new ** unit through my contractor and left a huge hole in the ** closet that vents hot attic air back into the house. Didn't bother to do anything about it. Just said the ** unit is working fine even though it can't keep temp during the summer. I contacted another HV** company and they charged me half what Cold Factor did and spent three times the amount of time fixing things to correct what Cold Factor did wrong. We only installed the outdoor unit for a roofing company that paid us directly under a hail claim and we were never asked to do any other work, the heater is the original to the house. Which was not done by us. We did extra work for a total of 129 dollars a year later and after multiple attempts to be paid for that service you became angry at us and stated your were going to post anywhere you can to give us a bad reviews. We have all of this recorded and in text form.Review from Ronald R.

This company did not provide a written estimate and then tried to charge me $200 "labor fee" for 5 minutes of work. That's $2400 an hour! Beware of this company as they say things like "Not to Exceed X dollars" and then jam that $200 labor fee on you!Cold Factor Heating & Air Services LLC Response

Its interesting because we told you upfront before coming to your house what we charge and then after telling you what we would need to do and charging the 199 quoted you are upset about the price and think that we should give free service. We have a lot of overhead to run and operate and have very fair prices.
