I purchased a 2017 Starcraft Limited boat from Phil Dill boats on 4/9/22. When purchasing the boat the cover, windshield and table were to be included in the sale. The cover and table were the only thing documented on in the purchasing paperwork. The table was lined out of the paperwork as they had found it but it ended up being broken. I was told the windshield, cover and table were ordered and would be delivered to my home address. The only thing I have yet to receive is the windshield which I received in Feb or March of 2023. I called the sales person (Dakota) numerous times over the last year and was told all of the items were on backorder but I would receive them. I also asked Dakota if they could find another cover to protect the boat and was told he would ask his management but I have not heard back. I have also submitted a contact requests on the dealer website *********************. I am open to suggestions on how to resolve the issue but not having a cover on the boat for 13 months can impact it's resale value. I am a disabled veteran and need to sale the boat for medical purposes but cannot do so without the cover and table promised or I will loose more money when selling the boat. I know this complaint is over a year old but I was understanding of the backorder situation because of covid. Please see attached document for proof of cover being promised.
