Charge of $68.49 appears on my bank statement (pending 72 hrs). Since it is Sunday, I cannot put hold on it. I called the number listed for them, *** said she is answering service*************, call back tomorrow and she cannot take a message. I called back 10 minutes or so and same person answered stating they are very busy. I told her if they dont remove charge, I will report it to BBB, upon which she took my name and number. I explained to her that I am 77 yr old senior citizen and dont need refrigeration equipment and am in *******. This sounds like a scam business. My bank wont post it for 72 hrs and if suspicion of compromised card (hackers), they will close off my card and it takes **** days for new one. I just got thru a charge like this last month so this is suspicious, especially on a Sunday. Can u help?
