  november 10, 2023 s when the windows were put in my house. energy home pros got me a loan from a bank i have not signed the loan papers or anything because the company has not done what their salesman ******************* told us they would do. we already had 3 window put in our home about 5 years ago american home improvement did them and i love the way they look.so when **** was here selling us the windows he said he would match my other windows. he ask did we want white like the other we said yes. he started telling us about the trim on the windows he said they are not aluminum anymore they are made from pvc. because the pvc does not contract like the aluminum does. **** went into to it in full detail. the windows we got from home improment was windows and trim all in one. **** made us believe that is what we were getting from his company. well we did not all we got were the windows put in and that is it. they look ugly because they did not trim them out like **** said they would. while taking out the old windows they messed up some of the old trim because it is old. it really looks bad. i text **** and he called and the guys from the company was in here and he was on speaker and he said it was all taking care of they would do the trim i said and finish out the kitchen window on the inside he said yes. the two worker heard him. they were mad at him for telling me that it would be done. when he was here selling us the windows i ask would they finish the kitchen and bathroom on the inside because it looked bad he said oh yeah we will make it look nice. the company boss approved for them to do the inside kitchen window but that is all. he called and said he would have someone put **************** as trim well that goes under ceramic tile on the for. he said we would have to paint it. he said ill make a few phone calls.. they he calls back and keeps telling me he never said that. i just lost my great **** on november 3rd i am already a basket case. he keeps on not through typeing

  I am the Marketing Manager.  My apologies for your frustration and my condolences for your loss of your furry friend.  I spoke to our Project Manger, and my understanding is that he called but you were unavailable and he spoke to your son.  They agreed to a date of Dec 11th for someone to go out there and access the situation and help with your concerns.  I will follow-up next week to ensure we have a plan to meet the windows to standard.
