went to the cleaners on Friday, 2i23/24, approximately 5;30 pm , to pick up a ticket i had for over a month, i spoke to **** the supervisor over this matter before attempting to pick up the past due ticket, i had 3 separated tickets different dates . on 3 different occasions employees became very disrespectful, rude, **** said i could pick up one ticket @ a time separated couldn't be delivered separated, the delivery driver was a male stated if my debet card wasn;t declined we wouldn't have this problem, in front of other custumers, he became very desrespectful, demanded i came back on monday due to he didn;t know how to split the tickets, i said they work their they should know how to charge for separated tickets, i went to my car, thought over this matter went back in to villiage cleaners paid full amount , i said i would never go back they lost a valued costumer that employee should be fired for being out of place disrespectful
