      I recently ordered several clothing items from this company. After weeks of not receiving my order(s) or any updates from Sweet Honey I reached out to the company. They were not helpful at all and just told me to keep waiting. After waiting longer I had to reach out again before they would put any effort into finding the order and were rude. Finally I received my order and was not happy with the color difference from what it looked like in person compared to the website photos. Two of the items were the same print but in different sizes for my older and younger daughters. I returned the two dresses and was only refunded for one of them. I reached out to Sweet Honey and they said that one of the dresses had been worn and had stains all over the front of it and they wouldnt be giving me a refund and they sent the dress back to me. This is a complete lie and is only retaliation for me telling them they needed to do a better job with their customer service when I previously reached out about where my order was. My daughter never wore the dress and it was in brand new perfect condition with no stains when I shipped it back to them. I asked the representative to provide a picture of the stains and she couldnt provide one. She also said she couldnt accept the refund because it wasnt in the exact same bag it was shipped in. What company says that?! If I hadnt asked about my refund they wouldnt have even notified me about sending the dress back or have provided me with a tracking number. Ive yet to receive the dress back in the mail. Companies shouldnt be allowed to do customers this way. I have spent thousands of dollars over the span of 8 years and the rudeness and dishonestly Ive been shown is unacceptable. I want my refund amount of $30.74 from order #A1046414

      We greatly apologize for the frustration this has caused you. We were doing what we could with your shipment that was delayed in transit. As a business, we have to wait until it's verified that the package is lost before we can replace or refund orders. We do our best to use the most reliable carriers, but sometimes these things happen and it's out of our control.

      As for the dress that was washed and worn, we could not take pictures of it because we had already shipped it back to you. It was very obviously washed, worn, and had stains. Our tracking shows you have received this dress. The return policy states that we cannot accept returns in this condition. We did however refund you for the items that were returned and not worn.  Again, we are so sorry you were disappointed in your experience shopping with us.

      I am rejecting this response because:   
      Sweet Honey clothing is lying. I received the dress back yesterday evening and there are NO stains on this dress and it is in brand new condition. Funny that they provided a friendly and helpful response on the BBB website when they talk to their customers like dogs via email. After a long line of dissatisfied customers and negative reviews some kind of action needs to be taken upon this company for the abuse and negligence they have displayed against their customers. This is unacceptable.

      Again, we greatly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Our return policy states that we cannot accept items returned after being washed, worn or with stains. Upon inspection of your dress, it was deemed nonreturnable due to this. However, we did issue you a refund for the items that were returned and not worn. As a business we strive to make our customers happy however we cannot accept clothes that have been washed, worn or stained. Thank you.

      The dress doesnt have staining, hasnt been worn or washed, and still has tags on it. I met all the criteria of returning this item but yet you rejected my return and sent the dress back to me. This is unethical and dishonest behavior from your company.

      I have had other issues with this company. I am not sure about the tie but there is a connection with ********* Home LLC. The phone number that is listed always rings busy. I pre-ordered some items and their clothing runs small. I requested to change the order and they refused. I then requested the order to be canceled and they said it was a custom order. It is not a custom order it is a pre-order. This was placed on May 4th, I do not have the order - it has not been shipped. I want my order canceled and refunded. Order# A776578 I really believe this company should be investigated for fraud. I am reading a lot on the internet about the integrity of this company. Thank you so much for your help. ***********************

      On March 23 I purchased close to $200 worth of clothing from this company. On one of the items, I ordered the wrong size and reached out within two days to ask for an exchange. The company refuses to exchange the outfit for the correct size and Im being told that it was part of a spring final sale although it doesnt state anywhere on the page that this was part of a final sale.
