M****** C** placed an order that was delivered late last year. The hinge color on the doors was incorrect. The doors had silver hinges but the order was for black hinges. I contacted M****** and was told multiple times he would have them on the next truck for delivery. Now after emailing, phone calls, and voicemails M****** C** will not respond. These doors were delivered by the longview branch and I was told the hinges would be delivered to me.Business response

Black is not a stock color hinge for our door department. We stock a colonial bronze hinge which is very close to black. We do sell doors with the black hinges, we just have to custom order the hinges.
I asked our Door Department Manager about the hinges and he informed me that if he placed the order this morning, he should have the hinges sometime tomorrow afternoon. As long as our supplier ships as requested, we will put the hinges in the mail to the address listed on complaint Wednesday.
I apologize for the lack of communication and action on our part and hope that this will bring an acceptable conclusion to this problem.

I attempted to log into the complaint this morning to update but it does not give me that option. We received a full case of black 4 x 4 hinges yesterday so we shipped the 12 replacement hinges via FedEx yesterday afternoon. Mr. J**** should receive his replacement hinges before the end of the week as long as FedEx does their part.
My plan was to add a copy of the FedEx invoice with all of the tracking info so Mr. J**** had access to it. If your office could get the attached info to him that would work as well.

In March 2021 BBB helped me to resolve issue of full refund for returned French door to this manufacturer. In May 2021 I have received another bill for installation $1416.07 . I contacted Longview office and they explained that I was not responsible for this payment and they apologize for this error in accounting. After next quarter I again received 120 days late payment notice of $1416.07 from ***** ******** (see bill). This time I called main office and ***** and left several messages.. Two representatives called back and assured me that this was an error in billing and they fixed the issue and to not too worry about this notice. Today, Dec 6 I have received this bill again and at this point it feels to me as a harassment and attempt to extort money from me. If I do not call every 3 months and intervene this practice can potentially hurt my credit rating. I demand that this billing stops immediately and issue in accounting eliminated..Business response

Statements were not meant as a harassment but strictly a standard business practice. The credit has been applied to customer's account and her account balance is now zero. I am understanding that with this explanation I will never again receive this pass due bill.
