KYK came to diagnose my GE in wall oven on 7 March 2023. The oven would not heat. Technician asked me to cut the power at the breaker. He pulled out the oven, asked me to turn the power back on. Once power was restored, he turned oven on and the oven heated. Tech did nothing, just pushed the on button and visually check connections. Tech said to replace the breaker. He place oven back in the wall. Charged the service fee of $92 (includes tax). I replaced the breaker, oven still does not heat. Technician missed diagnosed the oven. Requested KYK come back out to diagnose properly. KYK will only come out if I pay another service fee. I refuse to pay another service fee for missed diagnosed work and an incomplete job. Requeste assistance recovering initial fee and warn consumers of fraudulent, unethical business behavior.Business response

On March 7th the technician went to a call to check a wall oven. They turned off the power breaker to run a diagnosis. The tech could not detect an issues with the oven. When asked to turn the power back on the oven began to heat once more. It was recommended to get the circuit breaker checked with a certified electrician. He soon contacted *** again, approximately 3 days later saying that the oven does not heat. We asked if he got an electrician to check it out and he said no, and could not provide us with proof of a technician ever coming. He stated that he did it himself. We once again recommended to get a certified electrician to check his breaker, before we could send a technician. He requested to get his money back which was returned in full amount of $92 since he opened a dispute to the bank.Customer response
