Wow!!! First off, I learn this business is NOT Better Business Bureau Accredited. My experience with company Crisan Beauty, ********, ***** has been very disappointing & I will NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. FOR ANYONE THINKING DOING BUSINESS I ADVISE YOU DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. ONCE THEY GET YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO, YOU WILL BE PUT ON ****MATIC **** SHIP FOR YOUR PURCHASE. I TEXTED & CALLED THEM FOR 2 MONTHS TO NO AVAIL. WEBSITE OFFERS A CANCEL **** SHIP BUTTON WHICH DOES NOT DO AS PER YOUR REQUEST. THIS COMPANY WILL NOT LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS REQUESTS & YOU WILL BE A GUARANTEED CUSTOMER FOR LIFE ON THEIR PART. THIS IS NOT RIGHT OR APPRECIATIVE OF A CUSTOMERS PATRONIZATION WITH THIS COMPANY. I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO REACH SOMEONE BY PHONE ONLY TO GET A RECORDED MESSAGE REFERRING CUSTOMER TO THE WEBSITE WHICH DOES NOT CANCEL THE **** SHIP. I HAD TO CLOSE MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT TO STOP THIS MONTHLY ****SHIP SALE. THIS COMPANY SHOULD ANSWER A CUSTOMERS REQUEST BUT NOW I HAVE TO APPLY FOR A NEW CREDIT CARD DUE TO THEIR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. JUST UNNECESSARY STRESS ON THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR NO JUST REASON AT ALL. TAKE MY ADVICE & DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS DONT WORK ANYWAY. Dishonest business. God Bless all HONEST PEOPLE. ??
