Terrible/service. Dropped vehicle for recall and first so called free maintenance. I have had vehicle for 6 months, but too few miles so had to pay $100 for oil change. Went to pick up car, AC on high, radio on, seat in wrong position, fingerprints everywhere in my clean car, washer fluid not checked, wipers not checked, missing tire stem caps, tires inflated to 38 psi, supposed to be 33 psi, not sure if really rotated, could not verify that safety recall was performed without hooking car to computer, no record in system, Im not sure anything was done, never mind done right. Rude service manager, could not give straight answers. Worst Service in my life.Review from Angel A

I would given them no stars but that wasn't an option.I purchased a vehicle in 2023. Fast forward to July of 2024, my registration is going to expire and I got to renew my registration all to find out that the title was not filed correctly with the state, which results in me not being able to renew my ***************'s been over a month and still not update from *** ****. They've told me on countless occasions that they are waiting on the state. I've made numerous attempts to stay on top of this and contact ****** in titles. I never received a returned call nor a response to email. Each time I call, I receive a voicemail. Today I escalate this once again, because still no update and still expired registration and am told that they filed a surrendered title and now neither the state of Oklahoma nor Texas will own the title responsibilities.Furthermore, a week after I purchased the vehicle, the motor started making a knocking noise, in which I was able to have their service team look at the vehicle multiple times only for them to tell me nothing was wrong. The last visit to service I was told, it's a known issue with the make of my car.I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. This is merely due to the level of service (or lack thereof) that I have received over the last year. I know titles can be tricky and every company has issues to overcome, but the lack of customer service is the worst I have probably ever experienced, and I work in the service industry.Review from Molly W

Deceitful experience with this dealership! My husband and I bought a 2024 4-runner 3 weeks ago. Before purchasing the car, we inquired several times if the vehicle had remote start. First, from the original salesman, then with the salesman we purchased with. Both assured us the car had remote start via the app. On the day of the purchase, my husband was told remote start was available on the app again and the salesman proceeded to setup the car on the Toyota app. My husband noticed that the remote function wasnt visible and then salesman stated that we would have to finalize setup at home. After finalizing setup, the app was still not working. The dealership was called as well as the salesman. We were told they would get it setup just to bring the car by. After taking the car by and having the salesman and a service tech look at the remote and app, they told us our vehicle did in fact not have the remote start option BUT that most models it came standard with. Just not oursI was assured after driving up to the dealership with my small children, it would be figured out promptly and would be added to my car. It has been 3 weeks. During that time, questions regarding a timeline as well as the process have gone unanswered. I have been dismissed, put off and lied to. I have since asked to speak to a manager twice now and have yet to be contacted by one directly. Today, after calling again, the salesman informed us that they would not be making it right and that only certain models came with remote start. We were told we can pay out of pocket for a feature that was verbally confirmed 3x to us in the purchase of our brand new vehicle. The dishonesty and the blatant brush offs are incredibly frustrating. We are not impressed with our experience with the multiple salesmen and are disappointed in how this matter is being handled. The lies and deceit are astounding. If you are looking for a car dealership thats honorable this isnt the one.Review from Mohammed Z

Looks like service department is in pressure with selling cars or tradein department. The reason why I am saying when I went for oil change they were special going on for 89.99$ for tire rotation oil change engine filter change. So most likely others I went for package n after 45 min I got my car back As soon as driven 1 mile it stopped on the road narrowly escape from accident n it was safety issue. So called dealer back n they send the help rescue team n still the car was not moving after start it was turning off. They found broken plastic piece in engine filter section and they took the car back to dealership n gave me rental car n after three days got my car back n found irritating sound coming while driving n engine dome cover (struts) not holding open without support So went back and they said it was not our fault possibly irritating sound coming from tires or bearings as there was no sound earlier than this service it was smooth n steady. N for these services they ask for tire change n hood struts and asking for $1000 plus not guarantee for bearing. N The most important thing notice when most possibly they took the tire off did something n fix the same tires back without rotation the reason how I can say is there was a Tin piece or nail in the tire on driver front wheel that tire still is on the same place and they lie to me that they did the tire rotation. Still driving with unwanted ************* issues no resolution yet. Hope someone will be helpful to take this as complainant n fix issues n look into service department for spoiling name of Toyota of McKinney just for few $ or not doing their job.Review from Brad S

They offered 10k for a trade in on a vehicle I was selling as part of a down payment. They said they would not be able to budge on the price point at all, and now have it listed at 21k. I argued for more due to KBB value being higher, but still nothing, and said my deal could only go through at the price they were offering. Predatory and dishonest practices, buyer be ware.Review from Chuck W

Played fast and loose with the pricing on the vehicle. Was quoted one price, even signed a worksheet with that price. A worksheet I was told would be in my paperwork. Finance **** up the price by about $4000 (yes, I should have read the contract closer, part of this my fault, wasn't expecting to be defrauded).Spent 2 weeks sending emails and making calls. ZERO response from anyone there. Find yourself a more honest dealership.Review from Janeane B

8 Toyota family for other 30 years. The service manager and team including the Director charged us $400 to diagnose a warranty repair that we knew the issue going in, and needed the claim to go to our warranty. The claim was approved the day they tried to charge us $400 and tell us we needed new brake pads, when we had just purchased new brake pads 2 weeks prior. BEWARE!!! When I asked the reason, I was told they had to charge more as they are privately owned not corporate?!!!! No! and no one cares to assist. They are truly THIEVES and will not be buying my new Toyota from them or servicing my Toyotas there ever! STEER CLEAR! The warranty company approved the repair for a $30 valve. They tried to rob us and they have zero heart for the pain and stress they caused. When following up with **** the Service Manager or ***** the Director, they were not customer service oriented in any way and held my vehicle without repair, hostage. I had to dial 911 and then **** insulted me by telling me not the way you are acting? People want diagnostics for free and then do not do the repair?!!!! The repair was approved by the warranty and we were told it would be ordered. We picked up the car as to not leave it there 7 days Honestly, we never complain. But this was unfair, and handled horribly. Please think, before you do business with ***************. He trains his company to rob people. May *** give them everything they deserve for this. I wont be back.Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney Response

*************************** brought the vehicle in for the first time on 12/13 and told us he had taken it to AutoZone and had it diagnosed but also that they had a non Toyota extended warranty from when they bought it at Toyota of ********** which is also where they have been servicing the vehicle. We have to do our own diagnosis in order to file a warranty claim and get paid for the repair and most of the diagnostic time. We did not get an approval until after the customer came and wanted their car back on 12/15. At this point we wanted to collect for our diagnostic time and when the warranty reimburse us to the claim we would have refunded the money. The mom who came in was not happy and just wanted the car back which we gave to her and ate the diagnostic costs. We did not order the part that was needed due to the open bill she would not pay and have not received any money from the customer or the extended warranty company.Review from Nicholas M

I brought my vehicle in due to an oil leak. My service advisor was kind and supportive with getting the oil leak repaired under warranty, everything was perfect until I received the vehicle. The alignment was off, a tie rod was loose, and there was a coolant leak. I drove my vehicle back to the dealership to have it repaired and was told it would only take 30 minutes. After 2 1/2 hours, my vehicle was ready to be driven home. I got in my vehicle and started driving, and the alignment was still off. I contacted the service manager, whom kindly picked up my vehicle from my work so that I wasn't bothered to take my vehicle back to the dealership to get the problem corrected. He drove my vehicle back stating that the alignment was perfectly straight after having a foreman do my alignment. Weeks later my front tires are completely ruined by being chopped and feathered due to a bad alignment, my battery was loose and hit my fan which is now broken, there is a coolant leak and an oil leak still present in my vehicle, and my steering wheel is off once again. I will never do business with this dealership ever again, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and quality assurance that this dealership "provides".
