Company has not updated their agent for service for litigation since the owner moved. This has prevented service of a small claims litigation for improper repairs

****************** contacted Southernwind on 2/2/24 at 8:47am about tiles falling off & possible leak. Many pool owners experienced exactly this type of issue after the freezing temperatures we had in January, 2024. Our service manager contacted ****************** 2/2/24 at 5:59pm. ****************** claimed to have a 5 year warranty and was to send us documentation. ****************** did have a 5 year warranty on the Plaster part of his renovation. The re-plaster was invoiced 3/18/2019. However, the issues he reported are not related to the pool re-plaster. Southernwind Pools *** has been at the ******************* address in ******** since 2009. This is the same address the company occupied when we did the pool renovation for ******************.Review from Chanda B

We vetted numerous pool companies and Southernwind stood out from the beginning. The entire experience from the initial consultation through the design process, to installation, communication throughout, managing our expectations regarding timeline, the weekly servicing, and overall maintenance has been top-notch. Southernwind also owned the installation of the retaining wall, fence, including the automatic gate over the driveway, and putting green as a comprehensive approach, which was beyond valuable. I am especially grateful for *****, our designer and visionary, and *******, our incredible GC. We are so thankful we chose Southernwind and highly recommend them! They completely re-invented our backyard and have brought our family so much joy!
