  Signed contract, 3/31/2021 To repair roof.Cost to Coast inspected and quoted to repar/replace roof.Liberty mutual paid and I delivered check to Coast to Coast for ******** I pd a deductible of 2853.On 7/24/2023, an Electrician doing g work in my attic at ********************************************************************* and found several main support beams cracked, several rafters cracked, day light could be seen where the roof is bowing in. LIBERTY MUTUAL claim # was 045139486-01 The acting account Manager for ********************** to Coast was *********************** who was also the sales rep. ****** line, I was never given the opportunity to have the decking, wavy roof addressed because it wasn't brought to my attention. If it had been brought to my attention liberty mutual would have paid for whatever repair Coast to Coast deemeded necessary.Inv.# ***, Sales Rep. ***************************** I'm 66 now and I don't know how to address this. Who is responsible, and what can I do now to save this house from further dammage. I have many pictures and videos taken 7/24/2023.

  We sincerely apologize that you are having to deal with these issues, unfortunately there is not much that we can do to help. If the decking on your roof had been bad during your roof installation we most definitely would have replaced it and taken several photos/videos and submitted to your adjuster as a post-build supplement. We would have had to do this not only for your safety but for the safety of our crew members who had to be up on your roof for several hours at a time. It looks like the damage is occurring on the bottom part of the beams, so even if we would have had to replace your decking we still would not have been able to see any of the breaks because we would not have gone into your attic for any reason. The damage does look like it has been happening over a long period of time and most likely would have been caught if someone had inspected your attic, but that is not a common practice for roofing companies, or adjusters for roofing claims, unless we are specifically asked by homeowners to do so. Our best advice is to have someone come out and brace the damaged beams with new beams to keep them from deteriorating further and see if they have any additional suggestions on how to help. Again we are so sorry this is happening and wish there was more that we could do to help fix this for you.
