      The company stole $244.20 from me. I ordered the Ganja Dice set back in May 2023, and included in that order was the Elvish Dice Giveaway and High Elf Dice Giveaway. To date, I have not received my Ganja Dice set nor the two free elf and high elf dice sets. I have been requesting a full refund since October 2023. I received an email notification April 29th, 2024, A FULL YEAR LATER, that my order has been updated and delivered. However, I replied to this email via ******************************** that I have NOT received my order and it was NOT delivered. I have emailed and called repeatedly, since October 2023, requesting a full refund and for my request to not be ignored, and yet I have been ignored at every turn. They claim to have "top notch customer service" on their website yet all I have experienced is theft and avoidance.

      Date of Transaction: August 4 2023 Amount Paid: $263.70 Product: one specialty d20 I have made multiple attempts to contact through multiple methods including their contact us information as well as their in account support ticketing about my order that is now a year old (the contact attempts were throughout the year) and have received no response. I am seeking either a fulfillment of my order and if this cannot be done immediately, then a refund. The time for my needing the item has come and passed so I no longer wish to wait for the item to return to stock/become available/be produced/whatever. My next step will be contacting my bank to reverse the charge.

      I purchased a die from this business on July 26th 2022.I purchase a die that was out of stock and they gave me a time estimate of approximately 6 months. I waited and emailed them around that time, to which they said their supplier was behind and they'd throw in some extra things when my order shipped. Now over two years after they charged my card I have contacted them multiple times about a refund and they have stopped responding. I have emailed them, used their online contact form, and I called them but it went straight to voicemail. I am looking for a refund.

      I placed an online order for custom-made dice with the business Artisan Dice through their website on 28 March, 2023, #******. I received an emailed acknowledgement of the order that stated the order would ***********-12 weeks to process. My credit card was charged the full purchase amount immediately. I never heard from Artisan Dice again with an update on my order without me asking first. I changed the shipping address twice with the company via email, and received email acknowledgements both times. The second time, the acknowledgement on 16 November, *************************************** the queue to be machined (created). In the last month I've emailed 4 times asking for an estimated ship date or a full refund, with no response. I tried calling the business, but the call couldn't be connected. The automated message didn't say the number was disconnected, however. Looking up the company online, this seems to be a normal pattern of behavior for them. At this point I just want my money back.

      I purchased a dice set and dice holder from Artisan Dice's website on December 7th, 2021 (Order #*****). I have yet to recieve the item. I have reached out to the company (through ******** Messenger, email and their website "Contact Us" link) on multiple occasions throughout the past 2+ years. It is roughly 50/50 in terms of me getting a reply from them. Each time I do hear from them, they tell me the same thing; that they are short-staffed and my order has been moved to the front of the queue.It has gotten to the point that I either want the product asap, or my money back. I don't want to wait any longer and don't appreciate how I've been treated/avoided throughout this whole process. It should not take more than 2 whole years to make a dice set!

      I placed an order for a dice with the company Artisan Dice on July 3rd, 2022 with an expectation that the order would be filled within 3 to 6 months (order number *****). I could see from the order status on the website that my order was in "backorder" status, so waited patiently. I reached out to Artisan Dice on March 10 2023 to follow up and had no response. I reached out again on March 15 2023 and was told that that materials remained on backorder and to be patient, that my order would be filled when they could fill it. I requested a shipping timeline or a refund on March15 2023, this request was ignored. I reached out again toward the end of MAR2023, again in MAY2023, and again in JAN2024. I've been patiently waiting in good faith that Artisan Dice would honor the purchase agreement, but I no longer believe that this order will be filled or refunded. Artisan Dice seems completely comfortable taking my money and ignoring my communication. It's quite galling to see a company take money from a customer and act in bad faith as ********************** have. Contacting the BBB is my last chance to resolve this.

      I paid 197 dollars to Artisan Dice a couple years ago for a special set of dice. They did not deliver, assured me via email the order would be out in a month, then have refused to respond to inquiries. So they took my money and have refused to provide both goods and services.

      Purchased a single die June 25, 2023. emailed them after a few months. They responded several weeks after to say they were backed up and to wait. Emailed again a few weeks ago and no response. Even though there site says at least 6 to 12 weeks (using at least like that is a cop out) it should not take over 6 months to machine and deliver a single d20, and they should at least be responsive and offer an estimate, place in line, something.

      I ordered a hand-carved d20 die made from human bone (retired medical skeletons) on May 29, 2023 for $293. Artisan Dice told me the process could ***********-12 weeks, and responded when I emailed them for updates during this time saying it was still not ready but they were working on it. However, ***************************************************************************** phone calls, and I still have not received my item. I did some googling and found multiple stories from people who have had similar issues with this company taking their money and never sending them their item. I want the die mailed to me immediately or I want a full refund.

      Purchased a die from this company back on May 20th 2023. We were told to wait **** weeks for the production of this die. It has been almost 7 months now and no product. We have countlessly tried to reach out to the company via phone calls, emails, messages on ******** and ******* with no response. We received an email that the die was in production in July, but still no communication after that.
