DO NOT GO TO TEXLAND!!! We had a horrible experience with Texland! They took a very long time to fix our car. When the car was first returned to us they failed to perform quality assurance checks and returned the car to us with electrical issues that werent existing before we took the car to them. The key fob didnt work when it was returned to us. We were gaslit that it was our fault. We returned it and there was gross incompetence when diagnosing the issues. They kept it a few months with no results, despite our consistent questions or requests. Finally after being forced to check by insurance they discovered that they pinched or cut a ground wire during reassembly of the vehicle and that was causing the issues. They also ran over nails and then just pulled them out and told us we needed to replace the tire. We still have a TPMS warning light on that they think is related to replacing the tire, however we do not believe that will fix it. They continue to gaslight and try to blame us for issues that they cause. It was extremely frustrating and they treated us horribly. They in no way took responsibility for all of the frustration that they put us through. This shop has very poor customer service communication skills. They are only reactive to issues when pressured by the customer and are not proactive in solving the issues. Texland is a choice repair center for ****************** Farmers is just as much at fault for all of the delays, non-communication and poor handling of our repair. It was horrible and we dont want this to happen to anyone else!

I agree with 100% of ****** comment. Over promised and never delivered for 7 weeks. When car was finished, interior and exterior were filthy. While denying, they also disconnected electronic plugs which required a trip to a mechanic shop costing more money. Very disappointing experience.

Absolutely the worst experience. Every three days for 6 weeks they would say we will have your car ready tomorrow and then I would call and they would say bad news we will have it ready in two days. I would call and they would say bad news we will have it ready tomorrow. On and on for weeks on end. I had to physically go up there. There shop manager refused to meet with me. They said we will have it ready Monday we promise. Monday came and guess what we are missing a part. They told me it was complete. So they said Wednesday again. Guess what Wednesday hit again. Not ready. The shop manager said he will have it to me 4pm Thursday. He calls me Thursday at 4 saying he is running behind. 6 pm I show up and they are just wiping down the vehicle. One of the kids brings it up front. I left. Next day the door doesnt open. I call them. They blame me for leaving with it. It was competed and the girls up front said it was. They are so crappy they tried to blame it on me. Worst experience of months of them keeping it.

Not a reliable or trustworthy company to do business with.
