***** ****************** Sunshine Days Hi,I would like to share my morning experience. We stopped for gas and went inside to prepay. My partner told the cashier (later we found out his name is *******) to get $200 on pump 7. The cashier sought clarification, he confirmed, then inquired about the kickback account. He entered one of our phone numbers, then a second one, then a third one. ******* stated that it was accepted, and that it should reflect on the pump. He asked if we would like a receipt, we acknowledged, took the receipt and went outside to pump gas. The pump did not reflect the $4.07 kickback price, but $4.19. No big deal. I advised my partner he could pump the gas, and I would tell the worker inside. I advised *******, and he told his supervisor (we later are advised *****) and then advised she would be with me in a moment. This is where the entire visit took a turn. She proceeds to talk, and walk right past me, (no greeting or introduction) stating the internet had been down, and she will take a picture and let her supervisor know. She makes it to the pump, snaps her picture, my partner makes a funny about the error, (something about my age), then the worker (*****) walks away stating there is nothing she can do, he already started pumping. I honestly thought she was joking back, but her disposition is unwelcoming and non-engaging. As I was following her back into the store, I asked if she was joking about not rectifying the issue. She responds in a crass tone, no, he already pumped. I advise her it is very easy, just take the difference vs the gallons purchased, and issue a refund. The worker (*****) replies no, I will not.She gets to the front entry, still ahead of me, did not wait, or hold the door open for me. I pause at the door, at this moment, I am shocked at her behavior. This is such a minor transaction, and it happens, other gas stations just issue a refund for the difference. I proceed in to the store, she is roundin
