Purchased a vehicle at **************** In ***************** , on the date of March 4th *********************** till the 6th of March 2 Days after purchasing , this same car broke down on my way back home in the middle of I30 freeway in ******!! I was so frighten at the moment and scared of what was happening with the car, i would not want to even think what would happen if i had my 3 children with me at the moment ,I am very consern about the whole situation! And very overwhelmed , my head hurts i can barely sleep with this situation in my mind thinking of whats gonna happen and if i will get back my money, i have missed work not only me but my husband to drive a whole hour and forty minutes to get to the dealer and have no answer nor nothing there willing to help , more than " get the car nothings wrong " after a life threat moment i have never in my life experienced before , its traumatizing..Customer response

I am still in the same decision , i am not risking my life nor my children driving that car ... i tried everything i could to have them give me my money back but with no success , im mentally emotionslly, exhausted. Health wise i sm not doing well... i just ask for help in resolving this matter and mainly getting my money back its not fair they want me to drive that same car and telling me nothing was wrong with that vehicle and still not being empathetic towards the whole situation .Business response

The vehicle in reference was driven (with no reoccurring issues) from ******** to our service department in *************** The vehicle had one stored code, C14A5-00, but no active codes. A master certified technician drove the vehicle 60 miles in an attempt to duplicate the customer concern. The vehicle was driven with and without cruise control set and also in braking and accelerating conditions, but customer concern could not be duplicated. No codes returned and the vehicle operated as it should. Customer was notified of our findings. This is the one and only time the vehicle has been in service with a concern.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I do not feel safe driving this vehicle , i have 3 daughters under age. I am not going to put them in danger in any type of way in regards this vehicle. The fact that my life was in DANGER!!! Is what concerns me , thank God im alive to even come foward with this whole situation... and talk about it . I have all the rights as a customer and a human being to not risk my life in a vehicle that will stop on me in any moment even being a brand new vehicle.Initial Complaint

I purchased an extended warranty on my purchase of a brand new Chrysler 300 in 2019. I was offered a extended warranty for ******* miles that was to cover after my mfg warranty of ****** warranty expired. I paid approx ******* for this. My car has now ****** miles and needed a costly repair. When I went to another dealership to have the repairs fixed. The service **** stated my coverage was for 5 years, ****** miles. I never received a copy of the warranty and I did not see that at the time I signed the paper work. I would not purchase a duplicate warranty for ****** miles when the mfg warranty covered that mileage. This company misrepresented what they were selling me. When I signed it all the pw was electronic. I feel that this company has took my money and misled me and out right lied about what I was purchasing.Business response

We sold a 5 year or ****** mile portfolio wrap service contract to ****************. The manufacture warranty for this vehicle was 3y or ***** mile comprehensive and 5 year or ****** mile power train only. The 5 year wrap service contract we sold makes the 3 year or ***** comprehensive warranty match the terms of the power train only from the factory giving the customer a 5 year or ****** mile comprehensive coverage. I have attached a copy of the service contract
