My Wife and I Purchased a new Winnebago ****** 2327TB from T & S RV & Sport, LLC. at their *****, ** location. The ** had a few issues that the Service Manager said would be corrected asap including a panel in the slide out ceiling damaged by humidity (they said the factory didn't store them in a dry area before assembly and they had several do this). When they would not return calls and emails after delivery I took it to a local Winnebago dealership 2 weeks later. That dealership said it wasn't a humidity problem but water damage that existed for awhile. The dealership contacted the factory and after 2 months of back and forth with pictures and emails they denied warranty coverage. Not only would they not warranty the repair but any further repairs related to this issue would also be denied. The factory said the dealership was negligent for not maintaining their inventory. I haven't been able to use it since we picked it up at the dealership. I'm requesting a full refund of the cash sale price. This unit should have never been delivered to us in this condition.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:The RV was not in any condition to be sold.
Your company did not do what they promised.
Your company knew it was water damage and not humidity.
Your company would not return calls, emails or online request for service.
We have no reason to believe things would be any different now.

Bought a 2022 Winnebago, been in the shop probably 80+ days, frig, heater , rain leaking in, ************** connection leaked into the ** at one point in time, Its been in back at ***** ** 2 times for rain leaking in around the door. They cant find anything, yet we have water damage. Took the ** in for the Gas heater was not working and a list of other things, including rain coming into the unit. T&S called a month later and said all was fixed. We drove a hour and get there and they show us nothing is wrong with the electric heater!!! Duh, ok then why didn't someone check the gas heater? Why didn't someone call us, So after being without it another month they didn't fix the heater or find the problem on why it was raining into the unit, nor had they fixed the water damage. Now they have had the unit 50 days this time. Going to send back to Winnebago to let them fix it. What a POS and the service at T&S is helpless, we've owned 8 **'s most bought new. We have had more trouble with this unit than ALL others combined.Business response

We are sorry that ****************** is in this situation. We have involved the manufacture; ********* and they have agreed to return ********************** RV to them for repair. They are currently in possession of ********************** RV and they are working through the repair process. T & S RV will stay in contact with ********* and communicate back to ****************** with more details.

I am rejecting this response because: The ** has been in need of repair or in for repair 2/3rds of the time we've owned it. Plus the wear and tear on the tires from driving it to the Winnebago factory. We are retired and bought the ** to travel. We cannot get the time back or the trips we missed because of this ** has been in need of repair. We would like to have our ** back and fully repaired, We would like to request compensation for our extended inconvenience and the lack of use of our ** for the biggest part of the last year. As compensation we ask that the Solar Battery system be upgraded to a *****Ah Lithium Battery and 3000-Watt Inverter. We also request a set of tires on the ** since it has so many miles going back and forth for repairs and all the way to Winnebago and back.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:The ** has been in need of repair or in for repair 2/3rds of the time we've owned it. Plus the wear and tear on the tires from driving it to the Winnebago factory. We are retired and bought the ** to travel. We cannot get the time back or the trips we missed because of this ** has been in need. Its a 3 hour trip every time we've had to take the ** in or drive to pick it up and not be able to because it wasn't ready. I know we have at least 30 hours of driving back and forth. We've lost all our items in the refrigerator at least 4 times
because of the refrigerator failure. We Still do not have our ** back, they've had it for nearly 3 months this time!!

I am rejecting this response because: We still do not have our ** back, It appears they are holding it hostage until we drop this BBB case.We have missed the whole 2023 summer use of our ** because of not being able to get it repaired timely. We have countless trips to T&S **
since we purchased the ** trying to get the same issues repaired. The ** has been in for repair nearly 3 months this time.
We want them to buy the ** back.

on 7/9/2022 our fifth wheel was delivered went to purchase and schedule drop off on 6/17/2022. The fifth wheel I received from the company was defective/used. i had a service guy to my location to assessed everything There was so much damage inside and outside of my fifth wheel When I received it, I didnt have electricity yet we had to dig to have a pole put in and have electricity company turn it on And dig to have the water pipes put in that took around a month Before we even had electricity, I have been contacting the company since then about the things I kept finding that were damaged I was told it had to go under warranty through Forest River I have received information that theres about $10,000 in damage but only approved for $5000 The $10,000 in damage doesnt even have everything thats damaged on it. it did not include the roof the latter that was damaged before we received it because when we got on it, it fell apart which my husband couldve died falling from it also did not include all of the nicks and things that were damaged inside the trailer so I dont understand why they will pay for some and not all of it. I shouldve never received this fifth wheel damaged/used. I do know that **** knew it was damage because there are some things that were patched over, showing that it was some wood repaired, which I showed the service man that came out to assessed, they are expecting me to pay $181,192.92 for this fifth wheel that was supposed to be brand new So I really dont understand how one I was sold the fifth wheel with so much damage and two that they are going to pay for some of the damage and not all of the damage under warranty. We have not move this fifth wheel at all. It has been in the same spot the whole time we dont have slash on a vehicle to move this fifth wheel when we called we wanted this vehicle to be picked up and returned. We were told it could not be once it was delivered. That was it. We could not get a full refund. They would have to pick it up as used and so we wouldnt get all of our money back it would be returned as a reduced rate it was you/defective when we received it there shouldve been a huge discount given to us shouldve been sold as used/defective All the damage that is this fifth wheel has to it that was delivered this way I do not want this anymore. This is been going on for so long. I want it picked up and removed from the property and a refund for everything that we have paid on it, and the balance to be paid and removed from my nameBusiness response
