Nov 24, 2021 -- we had tech **** come out and clean our fireplace. **** advised us that we needed to replace two panels in the fireplace - bottom and back. He also advised adding a chimney cap - pan - combo -- we agreed. we put down $1488.41 We were told that upon completion - we would pay $1488.42 We were told that would happen within a reasonable amount of time. Weeks passed. We finally emailed, called and inquired of the delay. We were told that the cap was the wrong color - so we changed to the cvolor that they suggested - and waited again. Then - we called -- emailed - and were finally told that all was well and they would show up on Jan 19th to complete the project. Instead -- they showed up -- advised us that they did not have the fireplace inserts but were bringing them in the afternoon -- and just wanted to install the chimney cap. Again - they were 45 minutes late -- the time they gave us was **** --- they showed up close to 11. No phone call or follow up. They installed the cap and again assured us that they would be returning to install the fireplace inserts that afternoon. At 4:45 pm...we realized that we were duped and made fools of. Clearly - no one was coming . We called the company -- We were told that the owner was the only one we could speak to and he was unavailable. We want a refund. We were clearly taken for fools. And no doubt this is not a reputable company. We want a refund for the money that we deposited. They can keep the fireplace walls that they never delivered. It's been over 6 weeks. This is now laughable.Business response

We are very upset that this is how the customer feels about our company and we are deeply apologetic that our technicians made promises not kept. This is not how we want our company to run. We are currently working with the customer to resolve this issue in a timely manner. We have changed the scope of work for the customer, at no cost. Customer has been scheduled and has been in contact with the office.Customer response
