On June 11, 2023, I submitted two engine control modules for cloning. I placed a call to inquire about the progress on the unit, and the individual I spoke with assured me that they would first reach out via email to discuss my desired modifications to the **** After an elapsed period of three months, I contacted them once more to inquire about the **** They informed me that they would notify me via email when they were prepared to commence work. At that point, I expressed my impatience and requested that they promptly return the ECUs to me so that I could seek assistance from another company. They agreed, and approximately two weeks later, I followed up to confirm if they had indeed dispatched the ECUs. They confirmed this, but when I requested a tracking number, I was informed that there was none available. I mentioned that nowadays, postal shipments typically come with tracking numbers, but they maintained that there was no such provision. I accepted this response. Today, I contacted them once again to inquire about the package, and they became quite irate, abruptly ending the call. My sole objective is to retrieve my ECUs so that I can have them repaired elsewhere.
