I have recently relocated out of ********** and was checking banking transactions through a credit union I used there. I noticed a charge for $108 being drafted out of my account for a company called Chesapeake-sure b every month and started looking into what these charges were for. I called the company and was informed that I had 5 healthcare policies written through Surebridge and have been charged monthly since 2017! I have never pulled a healthcare policy because I had full benefits through my union since 2009. I asked why I have never received an email, policy card or any piece of mail for this company that I supposedly have had insurance through for 5 years. They could not provide me with any signed policy documents stating that the policy was too old. So I have no record, email or signed documentation of signing up with this company. They gave me a random insurance brokers number that couldnt give me any policy information or signed documentation as well. I asked if I have ever filed a claim through them and of course the answer was no because I didnt even know I was enrolled with them. A total scam and I want proof that Ive signed up or a full reimbursement of all my charges.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: it does not resolve the situation. Im out several thousand dollars for a insurance policy I never signed up for.

This a life insurance company ***** Bridge Plus life insurance. I just found out I was charged to my credit card for 75 dollars without my knowledge and consent. I seek to dispute what his charge and follow up on this kind of cyber practice. Using my credit card I would like them to stop charging and any other customer that *** become a victim as well please see all complaints Thank youBusiness response
