Dr. ****** is extremely unprofessional. When I first came in he recommended a 24 session treatment plan, which totaled out to $1800. I could not financially afford all the sessions. After doing research on chiropractic services I found majority of issues are resolved within 12 session. I decided to do 12 to see how I felt then determine if I needed more. After reaching 12, the issues I went in for were no longer existent. I decided to cancel the remaining 12 visits and ask for an X-ray to see my progress. They gave me a hard time about the X-rays, but finally did them. Once the X-rays were taken, they said they would email them and send me on my way. Never offered to review them with me. Fast forward a couple days later, I receive the X-rays in an email, with no indication on which ones were from the first visit and the last. I had to call 3x to explain this, never got what I needed, so I went into the office. When I asked Dr. ******* if they could label and put the measurements on the xray, he told me it would be an additional $85 after I paid $210 for the X-rays. He then proceeded to tell me that I nit pick, and tell him how to do his job and if I followed the plan I wouldnt have this issue. He was very rude, talking over me, telling me Im taking time away from his patients. I told him I could not financially afford all visits and my issues were fixed so I didnt see the need to keep spending money on something I didnt have. He proceeded to talk over me telling, I fixed you, your welcome. Just very rude, and disrespectful to me. Its crazy that once I quit giving them money, their treatment towards me changed and became very unprofessional and rude. All the patients I physically saw him see, he said they needed 24 sessions, what are the odds that ever patient needs the same amount of sessions? When research shows majority problems are resolved after 12. Seems like this business runs off money and not actually helping patients.
