      ITS A TOTAL SCAM !!!!!!I bought 3 plans & they denied defects on my coffee table separation of the *********** lamination, they renamed this as accumulation of damage After reading the 1 star reviews in here I see this company will manipulate words into a pretzel to deny claims, they will NEVER see another dollar from me And Jordans Furniture Salespeople will lie about the coverage to push these protectall sales plan

      After reviewing your claim, it was determined to be non-warranted due to the accumulation of scratches and damages on your coffee table, which falls outside the coverage terms of the plan. Protection plans are designed to cover specific damages outlined in the plan documents, and we strive to process all claims fairly based on these terms.

      I feel it's a total scam. Better to save your money and never purchase the insurance. ****** sales guy pitched this to me as a great way to protect my furniture for several years. The moment I submit the claim, they find a way to deny the claim by finding some excuse or other.I hope I can complain about them to the state insurance commissioner if possible.

      I can't believe ****** sales *** was able to convince me to pay $650 for a furniture protection plan. The *** sure made it sound like it is a sure thing. "If you have a toddler or a pet in your house, don't even think twice * any marker stains, pet scratches, pet fur accumulation * you name it! They'll come out and clean or ***lace the couch for free!" * he said. Sounds like a no brainer. Except that I wasn't offered "Terms and Conditions" of this furniture protection plan at the time of purchase. Turns out, when you go through the online claim submittion process, submit proof of purchase, take all required photos, describe each damage in great detail, they deny you citing their Terms and Conditions. The stains that I ***orted were deemed not covered due to "Accumulation of stains" even though I was able to provide details on the single specific occurance. Terms and conditions also say stains are excluded if a customer uses over*the*counter producs. The back of my bar stool fell off * this was also denied due to Structural Damage not being covered under the plan. What is covered then?? Nobody knows. This is an excellent business model for ProtectAll/GBS and Ashley * sales *** lies about the coverage and does not provide any documentation to confirm the coverage, and the coverage excludes any and all types of damages. Their profit margins must be near 100% * all they need is a few low*paid foreign employees (or better yet, ChatGPT) to copy*paste denial responses. Shame on you, GBS and ******.
