This company has terrible customer service and does sloppy work.Issues we had:-They showed up more than once to our meeting to pick samples with no samples -They dropped off other people's tile at our house -They left tile mud on every baseboard, and some window frames and doors of our house and wrote off the job as complete. -Tons of holes and spaces in grout in our bath tub tile -Every room of our house has between **** tiles that are hollow and not attached to the floor.-They did not tape off areas of our house and broke our mini split systems, destroyed our carpet, and ruined out mattresses with flooring dust. Only replaced mini splits. Still owed money on those. -They repeatedly showed up with no warning. At times we were sleeping, in the shower, etc... and just walked right into our house with no warning.-Their workers left our house and gate open after they left so we had issues with wild animals entering our house. -Their subcontractors left our gate open and we accrued a large farm loss from our animals disappearing overnight. Said we would be reimbursed due to their negligence and was not. It was well known to their workers to shut gate and doors at end of day. -They attached baseboards with tile mud and they immediately fell off. -They lost their last few cuts of tile and accused of us stealing them and blamed us for having to order more. -There are spots of grout missing in parts of our floor. -Whenever we needed to talk to an employee they were hard to reach and took forever to call you back. Also consistently rude. -The workers left their lunch trash all over our house even when we were living there. Do not use this company. They are disorganized, do not clean up after themselves, will not install tile correctly and you will be left with unattached tiles, and they do not respect your personal property while working on your house. Our insurance hired this company for our house flood and we really regret having to do business with them.
