The managers are all really horrible and treat staff way out of line. To the point that it is just not a good work environment. Then if you make them mad they'll s**** you over on your paycheck. Then get mad when you bring it up. Something needs to be done about this place.Review from Melissa W

3 different vets gave us 3 different stories about what was wrong with my dog. They said the only fix was a routine neuter. Over a thousand dollars and an overnight stay later I had called twice for updates where I was told how it all went so well and he was awake and we could pick him up after 6... we pull into the parking lot at 6:23, at 6:24 I get a phone call saying an hr before he supposedly had breathing issues and threw up then randomly died. No further explanation. No call when supposedly these complications started. We go in to see his body and are left in the waiting room breaking down for 20 minutes.. get told we can either be charged for private cremation or they'll just give us his dead body to walk out with... the facility in the back has kennels stacked on top of each other on the floor like an animal warehouse where you can't even see them unless you get on the floor to look. My guess is he died cut up, alone, and In pain in that kennel on the floor without any comfort while they just raked in the money for treatment he probably didn't even get so they could charge us even more for killing our baby.
