Wow. They were great. We had an AC company that failed to finish the job and AirMack fixed everything in 2 hours. We had them do two jobs and both teams were fantastic, professional and knowledgeable. We will continue with this family owned and honest business. Thank you AirMack.

There are some good things about this company and bad things as well. I will first talk about the good.They were good about calling and setting up an appointment to be able to come out and service my AC. They were nice.So now thats out of the way let me tell you the problems I have had. The info they gave the insurance AHS was not accurate. My AC went out on the 15th. They said I would need a new compressor which was fine then I was instructed that I would have to pay ***** after I was told it would be covered by my insurance. So long story short the ordered the part and it didnt work then they had to order the part again and they said it would be in on Tuesday at the latest well its almost Thursday and no contact. Im disappointed cause after I was told it was just the compressor he recommended that I would have to replace the whole AC cause there are to many issues with it. I personally dont trust how the work cause it made me feel like that they were trying to get me to replace the whole unit and then wouldnt work with me on a payment plan I am not pleased with this company on how they have handled things.Oh I still havent heard from them about the compressor and they took mine out of my AC unit and still havent heard about why they took it and not left it

I agree with the other reviewer, AirMack is honest, respectful and knowledgeable. I'm so happy to have found them, I have to deal with a lot of home maintenance issues on my own and when I find a company I can trust I will give them my business and refer my friends to them.
