I have rented a washer and dryer through this company since August of 2021 and I am current on my payments for these services. On 9/1/24 I discovered my washer was not filling with water, I contacted the customer service phone number on 9/2/24 and requested a call back to be scheduled for repair. I have called 2-3 times per day every business day since then requesting to be contacted back regarding this matter. Some of their customer service representatives were extremely rude. I have been hung up on by the call center and the chat feature on their website threatened me with collections if I remove my card so they cannot charge me on October 1st but refused to schedule anyone to come pick up the units. 9/9/24 I started requesting call back to cancel my services. I have called multiple times per day, reached out on social media, through their contact us form and the chat on the website and still have not been contacted. I would like this business to pick up their equipment and cancel my services.Initial Complaint

I called this business multiple times to try to set a date on getting their washer and dryer picked up and no one has responded. Ive also tried to cancel my subscription and it wont let me. I dont want to be charged for next month because I wont be using them anymore. Ive been with them for four years and I cant get a hold of anyone. If they can pick up the washer and dryer and not charge me for next month that would be great.
