This dental office provides decent in-person dental service, however their financial/claims department is lacking in issue resolution. I have a claim from 10/2020 that has been re-submitted more times than I can count. The claim amount is for $193..40. At each phone call upon receiving the same bill in the mail, I make a call to the office only to hear the same thing each time along the lines of "we are not sure why your claim is not going through." To put the responsibility of claim follow-ups on your customer is unprofessional in any degree. Avoid this dentist if you value your time.

In March 2022, I had the final step for my dental implant. After final payment by my dental insurance, ***************** agreed that I had overpaid them and I had a credit of $559.25 in my favor. A refund by check was requested on May 9, 2022 by the practice Operations Leader Isiah M**** ***************************************. He told me to expect the check in about 2 weeks. On May 25 as I had not received the check I went to the practice and Isiah told me he would inquire about it and call me. As I did not received any call, one week later (June 1) I went again to the practice, and Isiah told me he had not received a response and would ask again. No news, so on June 8 another visit to the practice with the same answer of no news. Finally on June 10 Isiah sent me an email that the check was issued and sent on June 6, and to expect it in 2 weeks. June 20 came, no check. Since that time I had several emails with Isiah, and the responses are that he is unable to get the check number, if/when it was exactly mailed, and if the check had been cashed. That has now lasted for another month with no progress. In summary, check of $559.25 was requested on May 9; as of July 14, no concrete information has been provided about the check and no effort is being made by the practice to resolve the issue. I am contacting the BBB for help before starting a lawsuit in small court.

I received the last dental implant on or about 1/11/2019. Several weeks later when I received the Crown for the implant, I mentioned to Dr. B***** that the Crown was a bit loose. He checked it and agreed that I would let him know if it got looser. Dr B***** retired from********** Dental, (Dental One), and now the Crown over the implant is extremely loose. In the interim, the entire office staff has turned over. The implant was done in January of 2019. The Crown was probably done 6-weeks later. They office now wants to charge $353.90 to cure an issue that has been known since my first visit to the dentist, post Crown installation. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you, Thomas B****

Went to dentist office and was charged. Did not receive 6 month preventive cleaning as scheduled. Office also sent a 35 dollar charge for an office visit for missing a visit I never scheduled. Will like this charge removed and my contact as well as family contact to never be contacted by this office for any services.
