i went to the plano, texas location today to get a regular teriyaki chicken breast bowl but when me and my friend arrived the food wasn't ready although we had placed the order when they first opened at 11am. We arrived to pick up the food at 11:45 but the food wasn't ready. This is not the first time I have placed an order and the food wasn't ready when I arrived. I had to wait an additional 20 mins to get the food. Not to mention, the person that took my order told me they didn't have chicken breast, only thigh meat because the truck hasn't delivered the breast yet. He knew they didn't have any breast available when I placed the order so why did he even take my order when he knew they were out of chicken breast? I told him I really wanted breast but he said I could get boneless thigh meat, so I just said okay and took it. He apologized for the breast not being available and offered me and my friend large drinks and cookies. that still doesn't make up for the lack of communication and wait time. When I got back to work to eat the food I noticed a hair in the food and immediately called the store and the manager instantly started getting rude and nonchalant when I described the type of hair it was. i asked for the corporate number and he refused to give it to me so i found this email through instagram. I asked him for his name and he said Jonathan but I'm not sure if that is even his real name. I will bever to back to teriyaki madness because the store is dirty, rude, short staffed and not a place I wish to spend my money at ever again. I will also be sure to tell my company, friends and family to never eat here again. My company has spent lots of money on teriyaki madness so we will be sure to never eat here again in the future. I've attached photos of the hair I found in my food. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB to get Jonathan removed from the store as well as closing this location because clearly it is too much pressure for the workers and the suppoBusiness response
