      I wish that I could give this company a negative score. The owner of Teleport Movers is absolutely rude and disgusting. I've used this company in the past which is the reason why I rebooked them for 2nd time. The first time was quick and efficient; the 2nd time was a nightmare! I called to ask the owner why the process moving from a one bedroom would *********** hours to move a one bedroom apartment. He was downright rude with my boyfriend and I. I will never ever use this company again. The cops were called because you're scamming your customers. The cops even said the same thing, lol. Its so convenient that everyone is saying the same things about your company; a company full of lies and fraud. But I'm assuming that you believe that everyone is lying on you?!?!You didn't discuss anything with my boyfriend outside of making arrangements to move us, so you can stop the lies. Matter of a fact, you remember calling him to "check" on your employees because you were upset that they were taking too long??? Sounds like you don't trust your employees either. The walk from the door is 2 minutes and your guys have a video of it, which you also requested. The only reason that you had an issue with speaking with me is because I called you out on being the ***** that you are. The least that you can do is attempt to look legit and put the name of your company on your trucks. Also, make sure that your employees aren't telling your clients that they're on probation and they don't like working for you.

      I have a complaint to make about yesterdays move. I was very upset at how your movers conducted the move. It was very unprofessional and upsetting. I felt my money was wasted on purpose as your guys sat around on their cells phones barley moving anything. He then tells me that he would have to make a second trip to get the rest of my boxes for additional two hundred dollars more. I will never use your service or recommend you to anyone else. Thanks for not taking care of a returning customer.

      When I saw this review it surprised me because ******* ******** is a returning customer and this is the second time we helped her and the communication has always been good.

      I did a few follow up during the moving process and this was never brought to my attention not from her not from the movers. She requested 2hrs and we gave her 2hrs of moving services and she did not pay more than that. if something was left behind where loose items, open boxes and things that were not ready to be moved. The customer was big enough to do one load but as professional movers we won't move things that are not ready to be moved because it can create damages but some customers do not see it that way. They only see and think ''The movers are bad because they did not move this'' '' Bad customer services because they did not do my whim''

      Now here ******* ******** complaints that nobody took care of her but as soon as I saw this review I called her back and tried so many ways to make sure she was happy as a compensation for the bad experience.

      #1 I told her I was going to return $70 of out the $195 she paid

      #2 I told her that besides the $70 in her next move that will be in April I was going to give her 3hrs for free at no cost and 3hrs of moving services the minimum we charge is $275 just right there we are talking about $345 I told her to put something for the gas only and that's all she was going to put.

      In every social media I have 4.9, 4.7, 4.5 out of 5 stars because here in TELEPORT MOVERS we really care about customers and customers can read it in the reviews and always when I talk to customers that are not happy with the services provided we ended up laughing each other and the business relationship gets stronger but here was not the case.

      I spent more than 45 mins over the phone with her and for me this review goes beyond anger and stress in her life due to something that happened that could have been easily corrected by simply calling me directly and express her frustration, I could have done so much but when I asked her why she did not call me directly specially when she has my direct # to share her experience she did not know what to say.

      I hope BIG TIME that with this reply I do not feel that I am attacking her and I hope that once you read it you think about it and call us back for another chance to serve you better.

      Wow so not only are they unprofessional you lie on me in your response. So first of all of my things were packed and ready to go. So the part about unopen boxes is a lie and I have pictures to prove everything was packed. I take pictures of everything before it's moved. Yes he called to try and reason with me but I find it very unfair to make me come out of pocket for anymore expenses which I had already spent with them. I told him I had to hire more movers the next day to get it all done at additional 200 and I have the receipt to prove it . If you were going to take care of a returning customer then all fees would be waived in addition to moving me again. So trying to help your customer no you did not. And what in the world are you talking about that I said something about stuff going on in my personal life. I don't even know you to discuss personal matters. So this lets you know he is making things up to make his self look good. But it's ok I have found some better movers with much better service and pricing. This just confirmed I'll never refer you guys or use you again.
