Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/15) */ Contact Name and Title: **** ****** Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: ****@CallFirehouse.com We replaced Mr. ********* roof on 12/8/21. Mr. ******** was happy with our work and even left us a Google 5 star review. Months later he called in and asked for a roof vent to be put on his home. This was not in our contract but we went ahead and put one on for him. Now 9 months later he called in and said we did not do the work we were supposed to do. He is stating we were supposed to replace all of the roof decking, replace his built in Gable Vents, and now gutters. I called Mr. ******** to explain to him that none of these items were in the contract and we did not charge him to perform any of this work. We actually went above and beyond to replace some of the decking that was rotted and didn't even charge him. He refused to accept this and is now going on every platform available to leave bad reviews. As a company we strive for customers to be extremely satisfied with our work and service we provide but in this case there seems to be nothing we can do to make Mr. ******** happy. Apparently the only way he will be happy with us is if we perform all this work, that was not a part of the contract, at zero cost to him or give him money which is an unrealistic request. They promise me they were gonna place everything on my roof, but they did not do it All they did is lie to me Are you not finished the work? In the contract we put what work is being done and the cost associated with that work. We review this with the customer and have both parties (homeowner and Roof Advisor) sign and date the contract agreeing to the scope of work and the price. Which you did. The work you are stating we did not do was never part of our contract / agreement nor was there any amount added to the contract for that work. We truly hate that you feel like we have wronged you in any way and wish there was a reasonable request that we could resolve.
