This aspect of the roof and hail damage repair to the house was set in May of 2024. The crew arrived to remove and replace the siding damaged by the hail but I received a call from a translator, ******, (Spanish to English) stating that her crew had not been able to find any matching siding for my house and only had two options for replacement that could be used and patched in to the older siding to make it look fine. No samples were offered to view. Or, I was told, the crew member could fill all of the holes left by hail, have the area sanded and then painted and it would look great. The translator, ******, was asking me to let him work on it for a bit and then see how it looked. He worked for several hours patching and then sanding and the decision was made to just go ahead and continue with that process. I came in and checked the invoice to see how much of the payment was for siding replacement and discovered it was $13,000. I called ****** back and said that since we weren't spending that money on siding replacement then they could purchase insulation at their expense and have the crew install that throughout the attic above. She checked with the owner, ******************* who approved the purchase and labor. While attic insulation was bought by the crew it was never installed. They claimed to have installed the new insulation but upon inspection by a independent party it was discovered that no insulation was installed anywhere. Now they do not return my calls and the work initially paid for has not been completed and it is currently August. They refuse to refund the money for the uninstalled siding or the insulation they agreed to purchase and install, they refuse to compromise and they will not negotiate. They only want to come install the siding that was not installed before now in order to keep the money they were already paid for it and collect on the final depreciation from the insurance company.Business response

We used this **mpany in 2022 and they offered a warranty, the roof started leaking with heavy rain. They will not fix it,Never finish the job garage doors/ finance / windows screen Never returned my phone calls The roof is leaking inside the house when it rains. I just want the leak fixed but they will not fix it.We call so many time and they never call me back We asked for invoice showing the money received from us and the insurance ** but they refused to send it to usBusiness response

July 31st our roofing job was started. Its horrible. Shingles just slapped on. They pulled out my jellyfish wiring and left it hanging out. Still dont have gutters installed. Shingles have c*** underneath and just look to be slapped on. They ruined multiple plants and tree in flower bed. Had to pay to get pool deep cleaned because there was debris and nails in the pool. Still waiting on getting our fence done. Its been 3 weeks. This is unprofessional and definitely not acceptable. No contract was ever signed with me and Lotus and prefer to just not do business with them and if I am stuck with them then the job needs to be inspected and complete the right wayCustomer response
