      My initial sales *** was honest and forthcoming. I was informed of the upcoming ************ on day one. The install was a pretty quick and easy process and we only had about 15 minutes of downtime but was expecting maybe 2- thats ok though. 15 minutes was not bad for about 23 phones and all new devices. **************** was easy to contact, as promised. I will (have) recommended them to several other business owners and our local Chamber of Commerce is also very pleased with their services. Theyve got our companies vote!

      We have used spectrum voip for 3 years. During this time Spectrum Voip engaged in illegal billing practices. This includes refusing to audit our account after the amount they received vs the amount recorded on our account was incorrect. I offered to send bank statement proof with pictures of the check as well as the address. Their response to this was it did not matter and they would not look into it. Further more they will tax you on taxes. To make it even worse the agreed upon contract price is never what you actually pay. They have another company they work with that "rents" the equipment. This is not discussed prior to signing your contract. To make matters worse when you want to switch phone companies they will stall in every possible way. There is no way to call the porting team all this is done through email. An email in which they will not respond to. I have had to call three days in a row for 2 hours at a time and we still have not been able to transfer our phone numbers. This will be our fourth attempt to porting over our numbers. This company is not an ethical company and I discourage anyone to ever use it.

      It takes 2-3 months to cancel the service. meantime you get charged. bunch of excuses, like the call got disconnected or I hung up. There is nothing they can do, just pay. I tried to remove myself from auto pay and the system won't allow me. Had to call my credit card company. If you don't pay they will take you to collection, and because it was a new service and you gave up your social security number, they will ruin your credit. SPECTRUM BUSINESS is in the business of stealing from small companies.

      Unethical billing practices, they charge you after service termination and totally dismiss complaints. Dont do business with Spectrum for anything unless you want to lose your money.

      This company will do their utmost to lock you into a 5-year deal and then sell your contract to a financing service. They say there is only one recurring bill, when in fact, you will receive two - one from them and one from the bank they sold your contract to. They offer free installation with zero upfront fees for phones then charge you a financing fee that they conveniently forget to mention until after everything has been installed and switched over. Be sure to ask them for an addendum to get out of the contract if their service underperforms or don't sign anything they give you. Shady company, stay away.

      We've had Spectrum VoIP for about 1 1/2 years and the phone quality is better than their competitor. We had problems with the competitor for years but they failed to meet our needs properly. When we signed up they were able to identify the issues and correctly installed the service according to our needs. The customer service and tech support is reliable and easy to reach. I have no complaints. They have been able to identify each problem and accurately execute a solution. The services are billed more than fairly. They are lower than the competitor we were with by over $100 dollars. My only complaint is that they could improve their web and phone app interface. It looks antiquated and can be updated. Other than that, the service is recommended.

      Unethical Billing Practices I had a terrible experience with Spectrum. They charged me multiple times for services I didn't authorize and failed to resolve the issue after numerous complaints.Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I would strongly advise against using Spectrum for your internet or TV services due to their unethical billing practices.Today on the Florida EST time zone, I contacted Spectrum to cancel one of my mobile phones. I was cautious because mobile promotions can sometimes have hidden drawbacks. Therefore, I requested an email confirmation for the cancellation of my mobile phone with the number 941-xxx-7010. However, as of 5:12, I have not received the confirmation from them.Another significant problem is that they won't let me see my past billing. They have been charging me $30 every month for installation. I prefer to receive a full refund instead of having it as credit because I would rather go without internet than have them as my internet provider.I want every single ***** that you have charged on my account.Report this company in ******* also to others ******* Review Trustpilot BBB

      SCAMMERS!!!! We tried the free trial and did not have an issue until we received the contract. We noticed there was wording such as there MAY be a fee for such and such. I called our rep ************ and she didnt know how much the fee would be and gave me a number to call. I called and they said the fee could range from $175-300 but couldnt give a definitive answer. That rubbed us the wrong way so we decided we would not continue with Spectrum VOIP. Another reason we decided to not continue after the trial is because every time we had a question for ****, she said she will call us back within 1-2 hours with an answer and would never call back.We called our previous phone company and let them know we want to stay with them but we need to keep the same numbers because its our business number that weve have for years. They tried to get it with spectrum voip but said Spectrum denied their request because we had to provide our spectrum account number. Called the rep **** asking for our acct number and she said she cannot see that information and will transfer me to the billing **** where they will have it. The billing rep said we didnt have an account number because we never signed a contract. Called the previous phone company once again and let them know we didnt have an account number. They said everyone has an account number, theyre just holding your phone number hostage. And the salesmen who came in trying to sell us the phone and internet service said they work with ******* for the internet. ******* rep said that was a lie. How do you think that makes us feel about Spectrum VOIP?On top of that, **** said we NOW have to speak with ****** (apparently the only person who can help us). He says we have to pay a $2900.00 cancellation fee YET WE NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING AND AGREED TO A FREE TRIAL!!!!!!!!

      This company is awful. While the phone system is ok and works, the support they have under the "Spectrum" umbrella is terrible. They came into my business to install the system and swapped my spectrum business provided router to their specialized router (same spectrum business supplied modem). Now I am in need of a static IP, of which Spectrum Business can install onto their router but not "my equipment" (my equipment being the SPECTRUM Voip supplied router). These two companies will not speak to each other and say it is the other ones problem to deal with despite them both being a SPECTRUM company.

      This company is the worst and not because of their service. The problem is they trick you into leasing through a horrible company named ****************** They are the worst company which provide zero customer support. The emails I have where they are incompetent and even spiteful. I never agreed to sign up with this finance company and I have no way of getting decent service since I am in a contract with them. My attorney is working through holding them accountable but I will spend way more than its worth to tell them how much damage they do by ruining our businesses. ******* financial is not a part of the BBB and it is obvious in the service they provide.
