I am trying to avoid a waste of time claims court case brought against me by ****** **** of Bull Tech+********************* as he had taken unlawful possession of my trademarked domain, and I won a chargeback.He did business with me as "***********************"+I paid his company: "JB Financial".Amex refunded my fees in their entirety in a dispute. He took unlawful possession of my domain+was unable to provide evidence to prove the contrary. He effectively committed grand larceny+he did return the domain under some pressure.He refused to partially refund me for services he did not provide as I had to cease working with someone who showed themselves to be untrustworthy.I had wanted to move on after the Amex charge back was successful, but his suing me is unacceptable, so I I filed a complaint w/the FTC.The FTC advises filing a dispute with credit card company after fraud is committed.Suing me is a waste of time+resources as he committed fraud+would not accept payment only for services completed. I have more documents I had hired *********************** of Bull Tech Feb 5th, 2023+did not know until my trademarked domain was in the account of "*********************", that "****" was not using his real name.I had to keep asking him to give it back+I did not have my domain back until March 4th altho I worked all week to have it back.We NEVER discussed him owning my domain- I would NOT give my valuable property away that I had to fight to recover.He made application to transfer the ownership of my domain to himself without informing me of this specifically. After I got it back on March 4th,Mr **** would not refund my unused portion of the monthly fee of $1900. He presented AMEX w/emails stating my satisfaction with his services- but these were written PRIOR to his stealing domain. He had learned that we have a project on the west coast.As **** aka ****** **** had informed me via email that his team did the claims case; his team email is in the contact. ********************* *************************************Business response

This issue was a misunderstanding resulting from miscommunication between the two parties. This issue has been resolved, and we're positive the client's concerns were addressed, and ********** wouldn't like to pursue this complain any further.
