I moved in these Apartments January 2022 with no problems until November of last year. I was offered a 6 or 12 month lease May 2023 by email and I requested 12. I received the lease via email, signed and returned. Last November I was offered a 6 or 12 month lease again with a rent increase of $38. I signed the 12 mo. lease because I forgot I had just signed a 12 month lease in May. I brought this to their attention and I was given a 12 mo lease. with my original rent amount. January 2024 I started being charged the additional $38 because only the first lease was in the system and not the second. It took two months for that to be rectified but starting in March I was charged my correct rent. In the mean time I have been charged two months of late fees because I refuse to pay the extra rent that has been rolling over since the end of February. For my May rent I paid the extra rent but not the late fees. The manager has been requesting credit for late fees charged but they are still there. A late fee this month (May) has not been assessed, but the late fees for March and ***** are still there and I haven't received the money back I paid for the extra rent. To add insult to injury they are putting the late fees and extra rent on my account like they are unpaid water, trash and garbage. I was given ***************************** name and number because she is the contact person for my apartment, I have called her three separate times and she never returned my calls. I just need my account zeroed out so I can pay my rent on time, ahead of time as I was doing before all this started. I feel that no one with Itex cares about my problem and the on site management team can only do so much without Itex giving my account the credits needed. I **** sure need to be reimbursed for the $76 I paid for the extra rent I was charged in error January and February.Business response

*****, regional manager, has looked over the account. We did give her credit for the rent overage in January and February. $38 each month = $76. ****** (previous regional) also waived her late fees. Her account looks good and everything is correct.
Thank you
