Too many 1st, 2nd, 3rd party sales,supplier, manufacturer, installer, what ever.Had a slab already poured.Contacted *********************************** Buildings. Thought that's who I'm dealing with. ****. Just a salesman working on the fly thru whatever little shell for RRB.Long story short, ordered the building, paid the 25% down and waited.Installer contacts me a few weeks later asking if I'm ready for the install, BUT asks if I can pay HIM cash directly.Wait, what?? I was born on a day but it wasn't yesterday.This guy asks me 3 times to pay cash and every time I have to tell him it's not happening. I'm ot contracted with him, I'm contracted with ***. I call RRB and they act dumbfounded and stupid.Dunned me for the balance before the job was completed. Had to call them on it and send pictures to prove I wasn't lying. Please!Not one closure strip used on this thing. Either ridiculous, cheap or lazy. Maybe all three.The building materials used are satisfactory and are to specs as described, but not including something as cheap as closure strips that are normally included? Come on!I'll salvage and fortify what I was left with.Take your own chances y'all.

If I could give zero stars I would. When they FINALLY got around to doing what they said they were going to do, my loan had almost expired. Told me it would be 8 weeks from e-signing the documents to completion of project. I had made a payment on the loans by the time my concrete was finally poured and another one before the building was erected. Not only that, I had to haggle them to get any answers on anything. They ignored my calls for the almost entirely and the sales person that I communicated with through ******** Messenger to initiate the whole process ghosted me after a while as well when I attempted to get answers. The contractors they eventually hired were top notch, but as far as Red Rover as a business? Thats a big negative. Also, I signed the paperwork for the delivery and installation of the building itself, which was just under ****** dollars. Red Rover charged my loan account ***** dollars, on top of the 4000 they charged for the concrete. They are still haggling me over the last 2500 dollars even though they have charged me AMPLE amount for the service contracted out. 10/10 would not recommend. Just go directly through an actual company and not a middle man. Save your time and money and frustration. To wrap up, it took them over FOUR months to finish contracting the services. When I had finally gotten a name for the first building contractor from Red Rover, I called the contractor and they told me that no one had ever even attempted to contact them in any way. After that I called them back and magically the next day there was a different contract hired for the building. I'm just glad I actually got my concrete and building and foam out of all of it and I'm finally done.

Paid our deposit in June 2024. Was told it was a 9-week timeframe from start to finish. We had concrete done in August. We paid the invoice for concrete. Now 3 months later no one will return our calls.

My experience with Red Rover began after quickly taking deposit for concrete work and 20x20 storage building since this July 1st. Having to call and told that they having to get a third concrete company, and they would call, hmm no call received. Called to talk to manager, was told to stay on the phone, when after 30 minutes of holding, to be hung up on. I called back and got a recording. Now they don't answer, probably wrote my number down.I have called several times prior and seemed to get the runaround, I have texted and sent a voice mail requesting my deposit and not getting any replies back on my request.Will call my bank and report this company as well as to speak to my lawyer.All I request is to put my ******* deposit back into my bank account or legal actions and charges will be filed so I can move forward with a more reputable company.Poor business and management, buyer beware.

Beat all other quotes. Helps to custom tailor the building to my needs. Friendly professional from order to building on property was about 4 weeks. Would have been sooner but weather held up concrete. Installers were professional and friendly.

We had a great experience with Red Rover. They had hard working crews at all stages of construction. Building looks great and we get lots of compliments.
