This company continues to send me e-mails on a daily basis - multiple emails from different email addresses. Some recent ones are from: ************************************************************************************************************************** Budget Spreadsheets Linking Pay Leadership and Team Development I know all of them are from the same sender as all of the e-mails look exactly the same. They say you can e-mail them at ************************ which I did on October 14th asking them to stop e-mailing me, and they still are. I'm not allowed to click on external links in my e-mail inbox. I even went through their contact us unsubscribe form, which comes back with "Form error". When you try to use Live Chat to get an agent, no one answers. It looks like I was finally able to submit the request on their website, but I'm still sending this complaint here to hopefully ensure I do get unsubscribed. The amount of different e-mail addresses used and how difficult it is to get in touch, seems to be on purpose. When you go to the above domain names, most of them don't work either - for example, someone trying to go to "seminarseducator.com" goes nowhere.Initial Complaint

I am writing to request help in getting a refund for a training program "How to Comply With the New EEO-1 Reporting Requirement for 2022" I signed up for. The email I received advertising this webinar appeared to be providing updated information, and included new or changing laws, which is the reason I signed up and requested a live presentation so that I had the opportunities to hear the live questions and answers, as well as ask any of my own questions. I signed up online on June 2, 2022, to attend the June 7, 2022 webinar at a cost of $149. Up until the date of the meeting, I never received the email link to the live website, at which time I attempted to call them, and left two emails. I received no response until the day after the webinar when I received a link to access the recorded version. The material was far from updated, and referenced two different due dates that have already passed. I wrote them twice asking for a refund as I believe they falsely advertised that this would be a live webinar. I warned them, in my second email, that if I didn't receive a refund within the next 7-10 days, I would be contacting the BBB to report them. I would appreciate your help in getting my refund.
