Officially purchased on 5/9/2023 Was told for $1,500 I would get 7000 contacts, I went and and made the purchase. I didnt get 7000 contacts I got 4000 Here are the list features with the issues I had Opt-In:Yes, the contacts are all 100% Opt-In permission pass contacts.My Review: I have had one block since I purchased Perpetual Usage:Upon purchase, the list would be your property with ownership rights.My Review: No issues here Usage No restriction on data usage, direct mailing, tele-marketing initiatives.My Review: redundant but no issues File format List will be supplied to you over an excel spreadsheet for your perpetual usage.My review- I received an excel file Replacement period:45 days My Review: After I got a list I ran a check and over ************************************** bounced, they did provide different contacts which has similar issues then stopped responding to my emails. Guarantee Accuracy 90% accuracy on call information and 95% on email address. Any discrepancy in the data, we offer 1 to 1 data replacement once you submit the report or refund your money for those contacts.My Review: The call info is accurate there was some shadyness like same number for two different people, the email address have had issues i.e duplicate or the people are not working there anymore.Data update & maintenance Within 1 year from the date of data purchase, we provide 2 times free data update.My Review: Didnt get this at all Final verification:Before the actual project is delivered to customer, a final verification process will be run to ensure higher data integrity and deliver-ability My review: They couldn't have checked the integrity as I had issues and it took longer than what they said to deliverBusiness response

Hello, As the president of the company, I contacted ***** and apologized for the inconvenience caused. The person she signed up with (***********************) no longer works with United & Sterling Solutions. This deal was made twelve months ago, and ***** left his job in November. Six months after his departure, we deactivated his email. I informed ***** that she could have reached out to us at **************************************************, and I would have addressed the issue promptly. The reason we couldn't deliver ***** contacts is that they were only from two states. However, now that I'm involved, I spoke with ***** directly from my personal number, and we're willing to provide additional contacts at no cost to ensure her satisfaction.
