I used Muber Me 3 times in the past 3 months. Because of my Dad's health, we had to move quickly. They were very accommodating and did a great job. Pricing was very reasonable. Communication was great.

Great job, very professional and reliable. they handle your stuff with care and do the job efficiently. we actually saved money with their pricing model!

6/12/23. Queen size bed, bed side table, dresser, metal trash can, four chairs and 12 boxes.Two movers moved my pocessions from the 2nd floor of my apartment complex to the 3rd floor. I moved all of my breakable items and I am so thankful that I did this due to the complete disregard of what was moved by the movers. They didn't bring a truck that would have been able to enter my garage, 7.5 feet high. (the garage at this apartment complex is similar to a mall parking garage. You are able to drive in and drive up to the floor your apartment is on, then enter through a door to the hall closest to your apartment.) The door I enter is 10 feet from my front door When driving up to my apartment I witnessed the movers coming from the elevator on the opposite end of the garage from where my apartment is located. Note; there is an elevator closer to my apartment. They were dropping my pocessions on the dirty black oily cement garage floor. I was absolutely shocked. If they would have been walking instead of jogging it probably would have prevented the damage that was done.My black metal trash can has dents and paint scraped. That I could live with.It's the Mattress Topper that has grease spots and gouges of missing foam where they were grabbing at it to move that I can't believe. When they had arrived with my bed frame, mattress and mattress topper the movers said they could set up the bed for me. So they did, unbeknownst to me what they were actually doing. It wasn't until 3 months later, almost to the day, that I went to flip my mattress that the damage was discovered. And now not only was my mattress topper damaged, unfixable, taken to the trash, but my mattress. When the movers laid the damage side down, the freshly wet oil then damaged my mattress.On 9/16/23, I called and sent pictures of the damage. Today I was told its been too long since the move and by law nothing will be done except $30 returned for a what was a new $200 mattress topper.

Everything was packed and a lot of things were already downstairs at the front door waiting for the movers! Initially I was very pleased with the service I received, however I reached out to the company because the charger for my wheelchair was lost! I received a couple of responses and then nothing, Im very disappointed with the lack of care and concern for my lost charger! I guess them not responding anymore was their way of letting me know its not their problem or responsibility and they could care less!

Andres is a SCAM he gives a “estimated quote” for a specific apartment layout. Then up-charges you at your drop off location. If you do not pay what he request he will take your belongs until you pay what he demands. His crew leader cody is a liar and con artist. He says he starts at a certain time but it’s not truthful at all. The crew moves extremely slow to prolong time & increase pay ! Please DO NOT use this company you will pay 50% more than what you are quoted. The level of customer service is terrible. Not a good experience at all. Will be taking action against this company legally. That’s how bad this experience was !

Andres from MuberMe was VERY helpful and willing to work with my busy schedule. I actually scheduled a move for the middle of the week, but, on the day of, there were issues in the apartment that I had planned to move to, so I had to postpone my move. He gave me NO issues and was willing to be flexible with the move-in date and time, even the day of! Even though I found this company on Craigslist, the whole process was very professional through and through with an electronic quote that they sent to me via email to sign and a big moving truck with updates along the way :)

My experience was phenomenal. I needed to move a few things from my apartment to storage. Two guys, Brad and Cole came to help me out. They did a wonderful job! They were very quick and respectful with me and my belongings. They were very communicative with me giving me updates with my move. I would recommend Muber Me to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, reliable, and trustworthy movers! I am very glad I never have to search for another moving company again!
