I placed an order 5/14 for an event that I was working 5/24. I purchased it within the same day shipping window, and paid for two day ground to get it here by the end of the week. They didn't create the shipping label until Thursday night (60 hours after their "Same Day Shipping" window ended.)5/20 Monday morning, the *** tracking still showed that the order hadn't been shipped yet. They promised 24/7 support, so I reached out to them through their contact form since there was still time to get the order here with the shipping method that I paid for - no reply.5/21 Tuesday, a week after I placed the order, still not shipped yet. Still time. I contacted them by email and used their contact form again - no reply.5/22 Wednesday, it was then too late to get the order before the event. I reached out to them through their website chat, contact form, and email about getting a refund - no reply.5/23 Thursday, I contacted again through all methods. No reply.5/24 Friday just before I leave for the event, I get an email from *** that the order has been shipped. This was 11 days after the same day shipping window closed, and 2 days after my request for a refund. I email them through all contact methods again, no reply.Meanwhile, they've been replying to potential customers on social media during this time, and ignoring anyone's posts about: delayed orders, failure to honor refunds, and poor quality. Which as someone who has been desperately trying to get in touch with them daily through several contact methods while there was still time to make it right, it seems like they are deliberately neglecting their consumer promises.It has now been three weeks of waiting on a reply from this company, I have seen at least five other people complaining on their social media posts about their orders, and several of these messages aren't visible now because the company is potentially silencing us (this is assumption, I don't know why they would have been hidden by **********Initial Complaint

I purchased TWO 22x240 (20 Feet) gang sheets of transfers on May 16th,2024 I received ONE 22x240 (gang sheet) (20 Feet) on May 20th. I contacted the business on May 20th to let them know my order was shorted. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone who looked up my order and saw that it was shorted. He assured me it was going to be shipped out that day. Today is Wednesday May 22nd. I still have not received my order and I have been trying to contact them for two days now. They don't answer the phone or e-mails or chat on their website. They claim on their website they have 24/7 customer service, but no one ever answers. I have orders to fill and now have had to go elsewhere to get my transfers. I would just like my money back for the one 22x240 (gang sheet) which was $94.95. There customer service is horrible and i will never shop there again.Initial Complaint

I ordered a heat transfer roll and almost none of the images came out properly.Out of 22 images, only 8 are usable and are the smallest of the order. The heat transfer has all images on a single roll. I've contacted the company and have yet to receive a response.
