I bought their Official Maine ATV/Snowmobile Safety Course Online. They say that you will have unlimited exam attempts, so I didn't think there was much rush for my grandson to finish the course after all he would have unlimited exam attempts. Turns out you don't get unlimited exam attempts since the course expires after 90 days... On their site it doesn't say that it expires and how could it if you get unlimited exam attempts.Review from john r

i bought a *** fishing license through them and even though it seems legit, i read it's a scam. they have my credit card info. I did receive my *** fishing license (I THINK) but is this legit and secure? I'm worried.Review from Brandon P.

Don't not waste you money or time with this company. It's a scam, you will not get a PWC license.

I am sorry you feel that way. Our company values the opinions and feedback from our customers, may I ask what course you took with us and I can look up what happened with your card or if there was a delay in delivery. I am not unable to find you in our system by your email and would like to narrow down the search to see what happened.Review from Amanda G

I wish I could give zero stars. Seriously so frustrating. My son signed up for their snowmobile safety class, started taking the course successfully. He tried to log in today to keep going and got an error that it was the incorrect username or password. It wasn't. After multiple attempts at contacting customer service, only to get a busy signal for over an hour I just created another account and figured I would cut my losses with the money. Got registered and logged in no problem...logged out and once again couldn't log back in with an error that we were using the wrong username or password. We weren't. I went through the same thing this summer with the same company when I registered my kids for boaters safety. Multiple emails, multiple phone calls, no calls or emails back....just out the money. ***** *** ******* ** * ***** Unfortunately, I was able to compare it only after the course was taken and access to the final exam was granted. Instead of 3 hours, I spent almost two days observing their limitations on the reading of the next paragraph, and finally, when I opened the final exam, there were only a few questions from their materials. Most of the water signals which were asked during the exam I saw for the first time, and most of the navigation cases were not described on their web site at all. Instead of focusing on water slang and navigation rules, they fool people with drinking and environmental problems. I demanded for a refund, but it was rejected because "I already read the course". I see no reason to trust them and waste time by re-studying their spam. Moreover, all required content (good one) exists in internet for free, without wasting $50, so consumer should pay only $20 for the license
