I ordered my home from ***********. They said that Magnum would be coming out to build a drainage pad. First, they didnt show up till 11:30. The house was an hour behind them coming from *****. They dug a hole in our ground and placed our home. They say that they will fix it but, they keep putting a band aid on a big problem. Now, under my new house is flooded. They did not build the pad up to allow for the water to run away from the house. They do subpar work. The house is not level. All they had to do was bring in extra dirt but, they keep stealing dirt from our slight hill in which is causing more of a drainage issue. I keep taking pictures and the problem never gets fixed. Ive now had my new house for almost a month and I cant even get in it cause they cant fix the pad.Review from

Do not deliver on time. Give you the run around. Gives you excuses. Was suppose to be here on Friday 11/17 to unset up my house & the move ********** it on Saturday 11/18 by didn't finish unsetting the house and gave all the excuses in the world. Said they would be here from 10am-4p and was only here for 3 hours even showed up late. And then said they were 2 days behind in work and now it won't be moved till after Thanksgiving) and on top of that the house isn't being moved 150 ft and wants to charge $5000. Totally uncalled for. Bad business
