Everyone at Total Plumbing who took my calls and scheduled our emergency, to the technician was quick to help us with our emergency, gave us a quote right away, reasonably priced, fixed for quoted price, and very friendly! This was our first plumbing emergency in Rowlett, and they have won our trust! Highly recommended!Review from Katie S

We have been using this company for years. Always on time, polite and well mannered, responsive, efficient, reasonably priced and they thoroughly explain every situation. We would not do business with anyone else!!Review from Stefani F

Do not use! Dishonest and trying to take advantage of people in need! I would give zero stars for this company. We had an issue with our toilet to be snaked from the roof which we just had done a few months ago for a different bathroom. They quoted us $500! When we said that we just had the other one done for $200 they said we should call the other company then because $500 was a competitive rate! So we said fine, we will. Then the guy calls his manager and they magically reduce the rate to 300! Seriously they tried to charge us an extra 200 bucks for 15 minutes of work!! Never again!
