      We originally went into Accelerate Auto group on February 7th to look at a Hellcat Challenger they had listed. My husband saw a 2017 **** Mustang ****** and we decided to move forward & purchase. There were so many problems with that vehicle. Long story short the loan was never funded because of errors on the contract. That went somewhat in our favor but they in general were very pushy and rude. My husband called them and told them he did not want the vehicle and he would rather I get something if that was possible. They had told me no that was not possible when I spoke to them but they told him yes. So I decided to see what they had in their inventory and I did not really see anything I liked until ***** their internet sales director pointed me in the direction of a 2020 **** Explorer. She told me the miles and all the details about it. She told me the car is basically brand new and for that price. She did mention hail damage, a scuff on the front bumper, and that it was going to have a paint correction for the chips and dings it had. The pictures online looked great. I didn't see the Carfax's until later on and I noticed a possible roll back on the odometer. I did question it and was given the explanation that the miles recorded were actually kilometers and to be honest I took their word for it. ***** did send me an Experian report that I only briefly looked over. I asked specific questions before signing any contract and was assured these things would be done. I get told the vehicle is ready & I am about 2 hrs 30 min away so I plan my day to head out. When I get there I sign some **************** finally bring the vehicle out & I am just devastated. It had so many dings, chips all over the vehicle, the rims were peeling, there was a broken rain guard. The vehicle in person was not the same vehicle that was in the pictures. I expressed my *************************** I was told would be done was not & there was additional things the pictures did not show.

      I have since spoken to the Owner of the business and they have agreed to work with me. I hope to resolve the issue with them and I would like to formally close the case against them. Thank You

      The finance manager (*****)made a mistake on taxes from a traded in lease vehicle that they are saying we now owe. Even though our paperwork states otherwise. I have spoken to management (*****) and she is stating we must pay or we will not get our tags to the vehicle. Even though they messed up on sending paperwork we signed for 2 weeks we can no longer return the vehicle since the loan has been funded. They kept our deposit $500 that we paid to hold vehicle since they were making repairs. We had discussed on numerous occasions the refund was coming next day by ****** which came a week later. I deposited the check then the checked bounced causing a fee on my account.

      I purchased the vehicle on 12/28/23 in ****** **. 3 hours later on my drive to ******* the brake system completely failed rendering it almost impossible to stop. I called the dealership the following day and was advised to take it to a shop to get fixed. I took it to a shop and was later notified the vehicle motor was in bad condition. upon inspection it was noted the entire emissions system had been hacked and removed. The computer had been altered so that it reads correctly and no check engine light appears. The turbo system is failing. All this had been done more then likely to disguise the problems with the vehicle. The inspection report stated the tires, oil and many other inspected points were ok but again during the shops inspection all those points failed. The vehicle oil filter had a date of 11/21/22 and was 7 quarts of the 13 quart capacity low. The tires don't match. The inspection report from the dealer was completely false. The shop recommends a new motor. After relaying to the dealership I told them I cannot purchase the vehicle as having no emissions is illegal and in my line of work is inspected very often. A dealership selling a vehicle where as the emissions have been altered is illegal as well. I asked the return my down payment and void the contract. They have since taken the vehicle back and is currently in their possession with no response to me other than someone will call you shortly. This specific type of vehicle is needed for my line of work and because I don't have one have been out of work since then. This has been relayed to the dealership as well.

      We have communicated with ****************** about this situation quite a bit. The brake component failure was random. We paid for that repair. We also paid to have the truck shipped back to us and have been working on it since we got it. We have the engine diagnosis scan history from when it went through our reconditioning center. There were no current or stored codes that would indicate issues. We certainly didn't modify/remove its emissions system. As always, we're standing behind the vehicles we sell.

      I purchased a 2014 Audi R8 from this company. I was told that there were absolutely no cosmetic or mechanical issues with this car. The sales associate **** and the manager ******************* both told me nothing is wrong with the car. This company conducted an inspection prior to selling the car as well. Once I received the car I had a mechanic inspect it and he found multiple cosmetic issues inside and outside of the car, major brake issues, mechanical issues with the driver side door, and water leakage through the driver side window. **** assured me this would be taken care of and I sent him an invoice for the repairs and photos. He has been Ignoring me for almost a week. He will not answer emails or phone calls. I have called the business many times.
